    @kszaq

The image issue was already reported once by an user

ill will repost here his image as it is identical with issue reported by me.

One more strange thing , i have ordered 2 of these MK808B+ units , the second one no such issues.
With first unit (the one with image issue) i have tried to flash back android then again OE and the issue re-occurred.

I really really like Re-Touched skin for my MK808B-plus and every my other devices that operate under Kodi. But, this skin is not compatible with Openelec .

Is there any way to make it work in Openelec?

        Thanks...

I've got the same problem as above using Beelink MXQ, tried the rom on multiple box's but still happens now and again. Is this definitely a power supply issue or a problem with the rom?

I have as value 0xf and not 0xb!

I tried to type via ssh
              Code:
              echo 0xb > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/cec_config
and in this way I had the right value into cec_config and the CEC starts working as I need.

So my problem is the autostart.sh file...where am I wrong with this file ?
I guess that kernel may be writing the cec_config value a few seconds after boot. You may try adding a delay to your autostart script:
              Code:
              (sleep 20; echo 0xb > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/cec_config) &

Yes, a clean flash should help.

              Go back to 5.0.5
The kernel in 5.0.6 release is exactly the same (you can check commits on GitHub), it should definitely work the same way it does on 5.0.5-20150309.

Have you tried installing it from a zip file? You can find it here: https://github.com/xbmc/skin.re-touched/releases

Yes, on several occasions I tried to install the Zip file. It says it is not compatible. This time I tried with Source Code .zip.

                And it worked!
                Yeah, I have Re-touched!!!

                Thanks a lot

I reinstall clean the new 5.0.6. today, and definitively not working HDMI CEC with my LG TV what worked with this version : 5.0.5-20150309

I confirm two times , once update fro 5.0.5, once clean install 5.0.6 that HDMI CEC lost control with my LG TV

This is very odd. I will make a clean compile for the next release to prevent residue from my test builds breaking things. For the time being, if you want to use 5.0.6 you may copy KERNEL and KERNEL.md5 from 5.0.5 release and SYSTEM plus SYSTEM.md5 from 5.0.6 release to the Update folder.

When HDMI cable wrong, then why working cec with 5.0.5. 09-03-2015?

I have wetek player too. With 5.0.6 is working, but cec name is missing.
Maybe remove from cec config one real name or something changed with configuration.
                        I twice make a probe :
                        5.0.5. 09-03-15 cec working
5.0.6. Tar update cec isnt work.
5.0.5 09-03-15 downgrade cec working again
Clean install 5.0.6 cec isnt work
Ckean install 5.0.5 08-03-15 cec working agsin

The kernel seems to change the value to 0xf at various times so setting it once at boot to 0xb isn't sufficient, but resetting it in a loop does the trick, e.g.:

                          Code:
                           ( while :; do sleep 5; echo 0xb > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/cec_config; done ) &
Now CEC works but box always stays on when other devices are switched off.

                            Thanks you very much!

Maybe the CEC problem is related to this post ??

same here, i thought it was my tv.. but i can see after i reboot kodi it connects and than a few second later says disconnect

I just want to thank you kszaq, for this excellent Rom. I am running version 5.0.6 and it is working great. I am only using it as a PVR backend with tvheadend server, it is only connected to my network via USB Ethernet adapter and not even connected to a TV.

It is working perfectly for me.

                              thanks again

I am at office and I cant connect via ssh to default port 20...so and I cant try to do it...
In OpenElec there is a way to change default ssh port from 22 to 80 ?

                                Thanks
