    Hello Petter,

    I will ask our sale about your order and try our best to help you as soon as possible.

    Because we meet some people after get refund and package arrival soon and he not refuse the package.

    That why they need your help to get the document from post office.

    So we may refund some of it and wait little more day if still not arrival you there we will refund you the rest money okay?

    So package may delay because many reason but some of them arrival about 30-40 days because we can not control how fast to ship.

    It is not always happened. But please dont worry.

    We promise, if really not arrival we will resend or refund all.

    For now, we will refund you some part of money and if next month still not arrival we refund the rest money!!!

          GeekBuying Hi, I bought a R68 tronsmart orion you July 15, 2015 and to date August 19 I have not sent anything yet, you promised that you would send my order on July 30 then I found the excuse that it is not 'your fault but factory tronsmart who had problems with the material, but I do not care because I bought the product from GeekBuying not on tronsmart then you are responsible .My order N°. 3401213 solve this problem soon.

              Geekbuying - Is my order lost?

              I placed an order on 10 August 2015 under order number 3418917 using EMS as the preferred shipping method. My order was shipped on 12 August 2015. Last known location - dispatched from Shanghai to Johannesburg on 13 August 2015.

              I called EMS South Africa and Customs in South Africa - I was informed that my order has not yet arrived in South Africa. It usually takes 2 - 3 days for shipments to arrive from China to South Africa - its been 2 weeks now. As hopeful as I am - the pessimist in me has concluded that my order is lost.

                    Returning stuff to Geekbuying, any advice?

                    Apologies if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find anywhere suitable to post it. Please feel free to move it if required.
                    I've emailed Geekbuyings support email address about my faulty X7S and am currently awaiting a reply, but just want to know if anyone has every had to return something to them and what the process and timeframe is like before you got a new unit.
                    If you have had to please let me know is there are any processes and pitfalls I can avoid.

                      Sorry about the problems you get , and please return this defective item to us for repair.
                      About the shipping, please pay attention to the following:
                      1. Send back the item WITHOUT the original box in order to save some shipping fee.
                      2. Choose the cheapest regular airmail with tracking number ( NO DHL, NO UPS or other fast shipping, as it's very hard for us to do the clearance in HK custom( not as easy as your country) and it will take 2 weeks or even longer to plus the high tax ).
                      3. Please print the attached authorized paper out and fill in the information ( ORDER NUMBER & the problems),
                      4. Pack the item carefully with bubble and make sure it won’t be damaged during the shipping, declare the package as "Gift " and low values if you can.
                      5. Inform us the tracking numbers after you send and we will inform you when it arrives.
                      For items needed to be refunded or replaced , there should be no scratch and no damage on the appearance, or else GeekBuying has to charge customers 20% of the item amount for restocking.

                      I have returned a device and it took 3-4 weeks to get there. Then it maybe up to a further week to process before they ship a replacement or they might have it repaired by the manufacturer.

                      It is a long process and patience is required. You will have to pay the return postage for which you will be given a discount coupon against future a purchase but with conditions on it's use.
