I'd like to use HW mode because it is free of stuttering which is very critical for me. As you see I watch a lot of sport channels and it is very easy to notice frame drops during playback.
Anyway, thanks, but it is not a solution for me.

Yes, sure, It stutters very often and in an addition a playback is not stable - it stops randomly. Very often it steps back to HW decoder or breaks a playback. Starting of playback and a rewind take much more time.

Working pretty good now. Problem was on youtube the poor 1080p 60fps cuality that some guy uploaded, probably the editated program failed.

Hello, i've tested latest version of this ROM on my RKM MK902II. Remote controller doesn't work and audio passthrough doesn't work too. I am moving this Android box to my small TV in kitchen, so audio passthrough will not be important for me. But, if it's possible to make remote controller working, it will be fine.

I'm trying to explain again the interlacing issue in your latest firmware.
I succeeded to record a sample video describing the problem.

I'm using MX Player 1.7.40 in HW mode.
Screen resolution: 720p50. Auto-refresh rate is disabled.

For me it is only preventing issue for using your software.
Please, resolve it - it is so annoying.

My TV set doesnt support framerate 25HZ. It can be only 24, 50 or 60.
4.0.10 doesn't support interlaced modes although TV set does. (Another box shows them like 50i)
When it 24p on TV video jumps every second. In addition, a picture is not smooth as it was on 2.0.x

Please, add support for deinterlacing and I will donate another 20$ to you, because 4.0.10 is most stable and smooth software ever. It is worth it.

I testing Dolby Atmos and DTS:X passthru:


- On MXplayer:
Dolby Atmos play ok but if pause not return to play audio.
DTS:X not play


- On Kodi:
Dolby Atmos not play
DTS:X not play


I have a Denon X3300W, if necessary i post link it samples of files.

If the firmware doesnt work on your device Open a Thread in your device section and ask the question. The Tronsmart R28 and Beelink R89 share the same boards inside and Wassers firmware has been compatible and used for a long time, with many comments and reviewing based upon both boxes.

So if there is an issue then I think it useful to have clarification from Wasser if he no longer wishes to receive feedback from people that have already been testing these firmwares successfully on the R28.
