Ok guys, I need help. I have flashed LE on many boxes. Used this build on NEXBOX A95X 2/8 model no issue. On 2/16, I borked. I'm sure I goofed this up b/c I tried to restore a backup that I made off of the 2/8. Anyways now I'm stuck. I have gone through many different firmwares listed for this box (most start with cny or something like that) and cannot find a match to this box. Also, I cannot get twrp to boot anymore. I did make a backup from the same model if that will help.

Please check your memorycard for errors.
Did you use the recovery mode with AML Flashtool?

USB burn tool? those are the FW which i have tried. none work. getting the ddr fail at 2% (wrong firmware)

OK so I've made progress. I can get it to boot from sd using the uboot.bin and aml files found with the yundoo fw listed earlier. still cannot get it to do an update. just need to find the right img for the usb tool OR the right update.zip to use.

I attempted to make one based off of the TWRP backup and the META-INF from this this. No bueno. Everything error's out. I do get into a stock recovery and could probably adb it. I keep getting an error about the /misc volume. Just for giggles, I tried to flash the lLE build. No difference. Sure would be nice to establish a recovery method for this box so I can brick it again. So close i can smell it. OR is it the ganja?

Please try an other memorycard. I've got the same problem. In my case i tried an other card and it works.
I used the AML Formatter tool.
Please try this firmware:

for SD CARD Update you need to extract all files on it.

thanks for the FW. did not work. attempted blank card with these files. nothing. tried to use my working boot sd card and flashing the zip. nothing. my working card has the aml_sdc_burn.ini, uboot.bin.sd.bin, and aml_upgrade_package.img. I will say, the zip did get further than any of my other attempts. but it did shoot out an error. ~~~> this package is for "p212" devices; this is a "nexbox_a95x2"

I couldn't get my sd card to work so I just used a usb stick next to my card slot .. Load the twrp img on the root and it worked

I cant get filezilla to connect. Is there any setting on kodi i need to change to get it to connect

BTW, try port 22 which is for ssh / sftp.

Urgodfather Have you tried the firmware from this post?

Please install the firmware with this method:
Insert the prepared SD Card into the box
Put a thoothpick in the AV Jack (you feel the "click") and put the power plug in
Holt the toothpick and wait until the update starts.
