I had hdmi self adaptation off and spmc adjust display refresh rate to always. Even with display settings at 24hz videos at 23.98 have judder. Videos at 24hz don't have judder. So I think auto frame rate level 0 is not working right. With hdmi self apatation to on 23.98 videos plays correctly but some have a lot of skipped frames.

My test shows that about 60s there is a jump and from there every 40-41s. That didn't happen with 2.3beta4. Files with problems play ok with libreelec.Last edited by jmgandia; 19 April 2017, 20:43.

Many reason for this, your Hdd drive, your sd card some setting you changed, dunno, after i while i was bored and stopped testing
Anyway honestly it's not a rom issue so i'll not do any further investigation.

With the help of her, I saved my box from brick. I'll be grateful to you if you make a firmware with a working autoframerate and amcodec in SPMC.

On a newer Nexbox 1GB/8GB with the R4 circle on the back, I get a brick with just the red light coming on and no recovery. To un-brick I had to short pins 7/8 and reload the stock firmware.

Relax and take a deep breath and realize that you don't have to help these people. It's time for you to take a step away and have the masses understand that you are not our personal saviour and that people need to start taking responsibiltiy for their purchases. Your firmware is for the Beelink Mini M8S II, the fact it worked on other boxes was a nice surprise. That's it.

Everyone should just avoid the new A95X boxes, as NO firmwares will work on them other than the stock one. I bricked a bunch just trying to throw Kodiloaded's firmware on them, and since then I haven't bothered buying them. Amazon has the Beelink Mini's for sale, and honestly, that is what your intended target was. If people want the new A95X's to have a new firmware, well honestly, tell them to look elsewhere, like tvboxforums.

anyway IF, just IF i get freetime and an "attack" of curiosity i'll try to see if something is doable, but probably the result could be a brick.
Actually i'm more interested to cook an Android TV ROM, i did it yet for me, but i need to understand better more things and then prepare a list of thing to do. I think the lack of widevine level 3 is the worse aspect, and i can't do nothing about it.

Hi xannytech, I have been testing Final test on a Scishion v88 pro s905x and found it very stable and the best yet that I have tried.
This box is used daily.
On test it plays Sony_4K_HDR_Camp video very smooth on usb and sd card.( I use this file as my benchmark on testing)
It does run hot when pushed but extra heat sinking helps.
Your rom has made this box great to use.
I do not use passthrough, games and other things that some other users complain of not working on there boxes.
It does not worry me that the red led is for on and blue is for off.
If I wanted it right I could remove the led and turn it around.
This is only a cheap box so I do not expect it to work as a $100+ box.
Thank you very much for your great work.
Cheers
Kevin
