Yes i know, one of my testers have one but is the AP chip!

I took the plunge and installed. The installation went smooth. I'm in the process of testing. I used the SD card method.

well it will use the stock kernel, i cant use mine on it since they use a custom kernel with their won mods and my kernel dont have it so no led control sometimes on sleep if it sleeps at all and no poweroff i mean sometimes it powers off but must of the times dont... but you guys will loose my proper rgb fix :/
But i will give you guys a zip to flash my kernel by twrp to the ones that really need a proper rgb fix.

So you mean if I install ATV version my box won't power off or go in sleep mode ?

nop... i mean if you need the proper RGB Fix (some old sony/philips tv's) you have to use my kernel (stock one the fix if not ok it comes back the green/pink screen after a while) and my kernel have those problems.... if you dont need it everything is ok since it uses the stock rom.
And keep ATV rom questions in it thread/topic plz.

Hi, I updated my H96 pro box using the Micro SD method - all is working OK except I could not see the Kodi app. I reinstalled 16.1 from the Play store and now immediately after the "First Run" initialisation screen, the box abruptly powers off and I have to disconnect and reconnect the power lead to boot it up again ! Ive tried unistalling and reinstalling Kodi 3 times now with no success - any ideas how I could fix this please ?

it has ftmc installed basically an off shoot of kodi 16 you have to uninstalled it first to install kodi
