Start USB Burning tool
With box downpowered connect box to PC
USB burning tool detects the box
load image
start flashing
once it’s complete
stop burning tool
remove usb
power box

i have the DDR4 box with the 9377 WiFi chip

tried my box in in the kitchen and it’s working!

i guess it’s the output my TV doesn’t like?


Trying to update to version 6 using the update tool and it's just powering off the box

Kodi gives quite good informations about the installed rom, i installed version 17.5 some days ago.

The temperature of my box is good. I am also surprised about my battery in the box, don´t has any drain...

Try to connect another usb port to your pc just for extra power

Anyone using a ftp server on his box ?

since 5 years i use FTP SERVER ULTIME from coldapp and work fine on any box that i own on any android version. On this ROM i got read permission cuz i can access any folders even root from my pc but doesn't seem to have write permission on storage folder, i double check permision and all is fine at 0755. also remark that my storage device is a WD Mybook usually labeled as 'MyBook' when i browse from pc is now labeled as combination of nuber and letters like this ftp://10.10.10.120:2121/storage/5E8C81FA8C81CCC9/ instead of ftp://10.10.10.120:2121/storage/MyBook/

the ftp server app of course have storage permission enabled in andriod ui...

can't upload my movies from my pc to my box anymore via ftp

Well working now for me, i dit a workaround...

into data/system/packages.xml

i add this code for this app only:
<item name="android.permission.WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE" granted="true" flags="0" />

icecold coder ls a noob... But i got 16 MB/s local transfert...
