Yes, from windows is the only secured way to change partitions size. They are in parameters file. But take care if yoy fail with it, it will not boot.

got it to working recovery :O now what's next...

flashed it in the correct/better offset which is the 0x00010000

so does it mean that i should flash my boot.img on 0x00008000??

thanks a lot for this cwm recovery ! i wannted to learn how to mod thats why i am using this tablet as a guinea pig

is it safe to repartition the nand and internal SD card here in cwm?
can i edit the backupfiles that i made from cwm? I made a backup from the current system where it boot loops due to corrupt partition... i think that is what made it bootloop...

Have you access to the stock rom by the manufacturer? it is the easy way to restore the tablet to a working state. Then use cwm to make a backup, after this you can start to experiment safe.

no access to it. manufacturer does not have a good support. They didnt have that many customer i think because cant find any active forums about their devices. i only got a romdump of a factory reset of system but it is on .tar im wondering if i can use this to flash it back in the system.img in the flash tool.. as of now i tried copying files back to the /system folder, but i think that i do get a problem on permissions since im currently working on a windows 7 pc

im currently doing this instructions, -

Yehey now i did revive my system, and within this 2 days i have confirmed that

-i can flash boot.img (i have unpacked - packed with changing only the ro.secure=0 and it works now)

                            -i can flash recovery.img

-Leolas had made a CWM recovery for my device and it works 100% ...

-i can now create my own image, using the steps from finless in the previous link i gave.

-i can flash system.img trolalala now time to make some roms

-can now do a lot of trial and error on my device

** i also want to know how to change/extract/modify kernel, didnt encounter it during these past 2 days of my journey ..

any good short/summary of guidelines in modifying system.img?

my tab keeps returning on boot.img after quite some time, maybe its because the backup partition got corrupted, how can i flash it back? is it alright to partition it in recovery? should i do a nand idb erase before flashing the system.img?

We are going a little offtopic in this thread, there is no need to erase idb to flash system. In cwm recovery we can not repartition or change sizes. We can only format the existing partitionsn
