Do you have a way to unroot this box?

Please post the screenshot of the root app you have. or app drawer. we dont know what we are dealing with.

That is the reason.... I cant find supersu app in box... I install magisk use magisk hide but do not work.... So i want to completely remove the root... but i do not know how... I tot if there is a rom which is unroot, then i just flash it....
Install es file explorer. And open your device root storage. If su is present in system/bin then its rooted with supersu. if its present in system/xbin then magisk will work (highly unlikely since you have tried magisk already). If its not found in both these locations, there are other ways.

And one question how to recover with the backup? It seems that this thread show alot on backing up but nothing to show on recovery if the system brick... Can guide? thanks..

Page 23. You should really read the thread. thats how we all learn. Use a usb flash drive. As long as you can boot into recovery from sdcard or usb flash drive and have your backup folder, you can recover.
And you cant brick your box. Believe me I tried.
