Page 23. You should really read the thread. thats how we all learn. Use a usb flash drive. As long as you can boot into recovery from sdcard or usb flash drive and have your backup folder, you can recover.

And you cant brick your box. Believe me I tried.

Hi I am in the twrp mode and when i press backup... There are options : select partitions to backup.... Currently only boot, system and data is selected... Do i leave it as default to backup? or do i need to select all partition?

Hi I have selected all and completed the backup... but i backup to my internal storage. For recovery, do i need to copy the backup to thumb drive in case i brick the system?
And yes, where is the direction of the backup file?

You need to keep your backup in pc. You can restore it from thumb drive or HDD too. Anything works. Do you know how to flash IMG? Otherwise this gentleman can't help you. Unless he can work on backups.

Hi, may i know where is the backup folder? I do not know where is it. I want to backup to my HDD.
Flash .img means flash the box w a ROM? If yes, i never done before but i can try out since i already has a backup.

Oh I didnt know can select... I just by default and it put internal storage. But it is ok. I can copy the TWRP folder to my HDD now. So I can go through the recovery process by the same way of booting up and select recovery then put to the twrp folder in HDD for recovery?
