i use the batchtool only to connect, 1 step when is green then open the romflashtool und erease nand ->flash, not switch, it works

1st step
open the: alternate_reboot_to_flash_tool
wait to become green box icon
2nd:
open the (ROM_Flash_Tool_137)
then click the Erase NAND IDB 2nd- flash ROM.

my problem is i cannot go back to official pipo firmware.... =(


can i use ROM_Flash_Tool_137 for official pipo firmware?

OC cpu and gpu

Does anyone know how to overclock the cpu and gpu (especially the gpu) mine is locked on 1.6.... help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. ..

I do not understand. is this a general problem? should I now again the version 1.8a flash over it? but does not because the tablet is not recognized and therefore not drive in the flash mode. what can I do? the tablet is now useless? it went so well :-(

Just enter flashmode manually using hard button combination. ... (search the current thread for combination) and then u'll be able to flash it again.... think this particular rom is not compatible with 3G device... try the crossbreed (1.5 + 1.6) I found it to be the best rom for pipo m6 3g so far....

I'm performing many test overclocking the M6pro. The GPU and CPU overclocking don't change the overall performances much.
The best thing to do is overclock the RAM. It can be easily done using PJanderson patchomatic script.
The stock frequency is 580Mhz, it can be set to 800Mhz and probably even more!

RK 3188 is clocked at 1.8ghz on some tablet and they run pretty stable (might eat up the battery faster) but it would be really cool to be able to OC our cpu to 1.8ghz... (its locked on 1.6 by default) anyone know where i can get an unlocked rk3188 kernel for this tablet or how to OC m6 tablet

2. This IS the ROM for your tablet. The Pro version won't work.

3. Just look for the thread here on Freaktab for that tool. I'm mobile, so I can't give you a link...but it should be easy to find with a search.

as I told you before, 1.8Ghz for the CPU doesn't give that much performance. The RAM overclocking is simplier (because you can go higher) produce less heat and performance improvement is more visible!

I need the kernel.img of your tablet to give you back an overclocked kernel.

I suggest you to leave untouched GPU, goes not more than 1.7Ghz for the CPU and goes for the RAM to 720/800Mhz (I will test frequencies over 800Mhz soon)

I'm on mobile I dont have my laptop with me so I can't give u the kernel.img right now .... Im on crossbreed 1.6 kernel + 1.5 rom .... so its riley 1.6 kernel for pipo m6 3g

The base of this upload is the kernel from RileyROM 1.8a [max not pro] from this thread.
Nothing is changed besides the settings I posted.
I have the 3G version also and the kernel runs fine.

Im on 1.5 and when flash with this kernel ..... wifi doesn't work, it cannot connect at all.... I am pretty scared to flash 1.8a coz it always hang on bootloop and since I messed up my volume rocker and esc key... Its hard to enter flashmode mannually.... do you also experience bootloop with your 3g version before using this OC kernel....
