Overnight battery drain?
Hi all - I have been using RileyROM 2.0 now for about a week with no problems at all - but I have a doubt about the battery drain when in sleep - ie pressed off button, but not actually turned off. Overnight I am losing about 30% of battery - regardless of what state it was when turned off. I leave wifi on, otherwise it cannot collect emails when 'sleeping' - it this my problem? I have 'tweaked' the build.prop for battery drain and it seems to make no difference - pm.sleep_mode = 1 and ro.ril.disable.power.collapse=0 - as found on many different 'tweak sites' Others are reporting 1% or 2% drain overnight, so I must be doing something wrong - can anyone help?

Just bought a Pipo M9 Pro 3G from PiPO Store, China (directly). Everything went fine, package arrived after 3 weeks to Europe (bit long) .. tried factory fw, not bad, but lots of Chinese stuff and after a full reset from the Settings menu, default language is Chinese, omg somehow I figured out to find English but.. brr..
.. and I'm also a little bit of a paranoid type so I needed a ROM which is as much original, clean, sleak as it can be, no spyware, no restrictions or whatsoever..
In my country's biggest tech forum some guys advised me Kasty and Riley ROM-s, I came here for the Riley one but first tried the Pipo Max version, no boot at all of course, then I found this thread, this comment and .. omg
Now I'm happier than ever with your 2.0 ROM, 3G works fine as well, wifi, sensors, everything. Works like a charm !
However, just a quick question: any way to change boot splash screen from PiPO onto sg else ? (Your logo can stay there). My biggest hobby is DSLR Photograpy with a Nikon so I thought about a funny boot screen like "I'm Nikon" or "I'm RileyROM-ed" or sg like this in the black-yellow Nikon style
Btw the flasher didn't work on my Haswell Gigabyte MOBO, didn't recognize the tablet. The stuff has USB3 ports only (drivers were okay) so I just went back to my 3-years-old laptop (same Win7 64) with native USB2 ports and made the flashing from there.
Apart from that (and the initial 2 hours loss due to wrong "Max" flash) - everything's okay.
Thanks for your work and efforts, I'll donate for sure as soon as I find a new job(Just quit..)

One more question: on the locked screen, below the unlock widget there's a number. Cannot be clicked, it's just there - what's that, any idea ?I reseted the tab now so custom app can't be anymore. Still there.
UPDATE: the number is not there when I take out the SIM card. With the SIM card inserted (and unlocked with the PIN) - the main lock screen has this number below the unlock widget. Strange.PiPO M9 Pro 3G - RileyROM 2.0 (8GB internal storage) -

Data is on, simcard locked with SIM code, also setted without a code, doesn't help...what can i do?
Thanks in advance!

I suppose you're talking about your mobile provider's network identifier. It's also there in my 3g Pipo M9 Pro when the SIM is inserted. Just Google that number with your mobile provider network and I suppose they'll match.

Maybe offtopic a bit, sorry then (delete).. but I ask here since it's related to storage/security: is there an app which I can protect my tablet like a BlackBerry is protected ? If it's lost and after 10 tries one still can't unlock the main screen, the application erases ALL data on the tablet, including storage and inserted micro SD cards (maybe via a random DD destroying remaining file structures so undelete is impossible).
After that of course the tablet could be reflashed again (worst case) and used, this is not the point, I don't care. My question is rather about data protection: my private data on the tablet shouldn't be in wrong hands. Sorry again, if offtopic. Do you use sg like this?PiPO M9 Pro 3G - RileyROM 2.0 (8GB internal storage) -

Something is not right with Video
I have 2 PIPO M9 Pros, one with the PIPO Rom and one with RileyRom 2.0 The PIPO rom is far smoother with the graphics, than the RileyRom. Speed tests show the Riley is faster, but something is missing in Riley for the display drivers. Its very obvious when you swipe to close, its very jittery on Riley, smooth as butter on PIPO rom.
