      Wasser is a good Dev and recently added to the team here. He has access to our Dev private area but also came on board with good knowledge. He is doing a great job and doesn't need me to make a great ROM!

      Trust his work guys... We are growing here with Dev's and that's a good thing. We share what we know with each other so it does not always have to be a "Finless ROM" to work good! I appreciate the following you guys give me, but honestly, other devs can now crank out GREAT ROMS too..... Hell I even learn things from these guys! All of this is a hobby and learning

          My thing is not every ROM fits every man! I make mine for ME with the thinking that most think like me.... NOT!

          The more choices we have for everyone.. the better the Android community is....

          If you don't agree with this, then go to iOS and stay stuck on what you have

              At this time NO!

              I am working on a Minix X5 ROM to help those folks stuck in the past. The reason for this is because I am using my X5 to teach people here in the US that have NO CLUE what a TV box is to get with the program. I am loaning the X5 out to n00bs to get a "taste" of what we are all doing here. My god... The US market is so STUPID on all this it surprises me...

              The US market on TV sticks is NON-EXISTANT... Why? Because they are not sold at Walmart, BestBuy, etc! I am about education and showing people shit they have no clue about because these products are not being sold in major markets!

              Anyway enough of that rant....

              Right now I feel the need to refresh some products badly in need of help and users feeling like they wasted their money. The stuff people bought 4 months ago that are getting NO support! If you were there, you would appreciate that correct?

              So I am doing a little "old school refresh".

              Then I am really enjoying the AMlogic stuff recently. Remember this is a hobby for me and I like challenges! So the AMlogic stuff and new ROM format that is out is totally cool! I have already cracked things people have not and this is what I enjoy doing!

              So.... I am being totally honest here.... Hope this did not burst some bubbles?
              The X7 seems to be getting a HELL of a lot of support and you all have choices you never imagined! I want to focus on those that NEED as well as expanding my own knowledge. So that's what I am doing....

              Will I do a 1.9? A KitKat? Probably but right now it is not my focus.... Sorry..

              Just being 100% honest with you all....

                By the way.... I made a comment a week or so ago about how well my AMLogic box reproduces color and that it is better than RockChip on video. I got a couple of PMs about how that is not true and I should look again. So I decided to do a pretty lengthy comparison.

                NOW KNOW THIS..... This is my personal perception! TV output and what some people like varies to another person!

                I still stand behind what I said!

                I have done back to back comparisons with my AML box (jynxbox M6) and the X7 or any other RockChip box I have. Sorry to say the contrast and color depth is better on AML boxes including my old AML M3!

                I am pretty sure it is the HDMI hardware used by RockChip and has nothing to do with firmware. I am speculating here but I believe this to be true.

                So.... Just throwing something out here that I perceive... Nothing more... But I do have to say, AML has nothing as far as total Android speed (using a box as a game platform AND everything else) but for pure video playback (a TV box), it's got all my RockChip stuff beat!

                      008 stock fw is not good for me... i think it hasn't something good . even the new xbmc version is not better from beta 2 that we have already as apk. so we will live without custom fw based in 008 fw

                          Get ADB setup and installed and I will tell you a for sure way to root! That's the only way I know for a for sure root that is stock!
