However, i can't backup rom by CWM Recovery..
Somebody have link new CWM can use to backup this rom?? Thank a lots...

ive tested the rom ->> great stuff ^^
now about 99% of my stuff is playing smoothly
only a 30gig movie is stuttering but i think its because hd-dts sound and all the biiiiig stuff.
so the rom is VVVERYY nice

I installed this rom on the weekend and it's great, very fast and stable. So far no problems at all. I only changed the xbmc because i use an usb mouse and need the mouse long left button press to get the context menu.

Good firmware,but I noticed two drawbacks 1)CWM doesn't work at all,it is not possible to make a backup,it is not possible to install any patch with the SD card or internal memory,you can do the cleaning. 2) After a reboot is not defined by the SD card,it is necessary again to pull out and insert . Otherwise everything is in order,I think.

u dont have to change the xbmc
ive also got a usbmouse.
u have to go to settings,there u will find an option to "activate touchscreen...." something like that.

No sound

The only issue with this rom for me is the Sound passthrough.When I start up the minix x7 everything works fine,but when I watched a movie with dolby digital sound or DTS (HDMI Passthrough) I do not have any sound anymore,that includes system sounds etc etc.
What I do is,reboot the X7 and everything works fine,until I use DD or DTS again.Anyone with a solution??

I know that, and I did that, but how can you know information about a movie, or other things that are only available in the context menu, just with the mouse? I couldn't find that option.

Get a flirc and any old remote. Then program whatever button on the remote to C.


Flirc learns any remote control, not caring about different vendor protocols.

ok so this rom almost perfect? nice.
and the only real problem is netflix not in HD unless we edit build.prob to nexus 7 or lock bootloader?
is that right? if so how does one do either of these?

You do not mention what SW you use to play the movie?

With Wasser XMBC you do need to make you have enabled passthru at the Advanced System settings,
there are boxes to tick for Dolby and DTS.

Also the Sound manager setting for passthru at the android level

Once these are done you should hear everything.

Thanks, I also have an harmony remote to do that because my x7 remote never worked well, but i'm happy with my solution, because i can enjoy wasser rom and use my own xbmc version.

That will happen automatically when you install mxplayer,
you can also check the tiny box at the bottom to make it the default.
