How to flash Kernel?

This might be a dumb question sorry if it is, I couldn't find the answer. How do I flash an OC kernel? I downloaded the kernel pack and I want to flash kernel-minix-x7-ddr720-cpu1704h-gpu798h-1080p.img but when I try to load it in RKBAtchTool 1.7 it says invalid file. All kernels seem to do this. I have already flashed Wasser 1.04 successfully.

Any help?

1.Download terminal emulator from google play.
2.Rename the kernel you have chosen from the kernel pack kernel.img
3.Copy kernel.img to the root of internal sdcard (use included ES Explorer)
4.Open terminal emulator and use this commands:
su
flash_image kernel /sdcard/kernel.img

Be aware, there is a space between kernel and /. Don't miss it !

but i also have to make a clean install from 1.03 -> 1.04

beware of adding incorrect keys (e.g. TV_MEDIA_...), as the whole keymap will be rejected (in this case some keys will still work possibly because they're defined in generic.kl)

at first I want to thank you for the great rom you made.
it works very well, I also use ART runtime and it makes it even faster.

in the firmware from 1.0.3 you made a special function when pressing the wheel and scroll for zooming.
this function is soo handy great job.

but, I have the new box X8-H now. Also with 4.4.2
and I am really missing this function.

could you make a sort of patch soo I can add this function to my rom on the new X8?
Or could you tell me how to add this myself in my rom?
