I could solve error 24 with sd maid. i had this error after a faild Installation.

This Rom is great I use the OC kernel with 1600mhz because I got shoutdowns with the other.

I think that the IR Reciver work better. i dont have to point my Harmony Touch on the minix x7 like in Finless Rom.

Could you add Pinch Zoom from Finless Rom?

I Downloaded the New Kernel with Spdif and test it this afternoon.

edit: Inkognito Tab in AOSP Browser dosn't work. I try to reinstall it but the problem is still the same.

Benchmarks, such as AnTuTu, do not show any difference one way or another compared to the stock values. But with video playback I really think I'm seeing a positive difference in performance with these values. Maybe it's just wishful thinking since video playback was already close to perfect.
      Told you
Nice to see you are on it

Just a sidenote; your post includes it for OC kernel.

can anybody aid wasser, the faster people respond to this, the faster new stuff is implemented. I personally do not have a SPDIF receiver, but those who do can help.
I don't use SPDIF either. Maybe none of us do?

If the kernel itself limits the GPU speed to e.g. 400/600, there's no way the module would ever use the 798 value. These values are just to accommodate for all speeds available for the GPU in the kernel config.

The stock rc file in most ROMs include parameter values which the kernel can not even set (starting from 50MHz which I assume is legacy stuff for really old Mali revisions). I suspect that might be a reason why some users experience occasional stutters in video playback even though the clips play smoothly in general.

              Hi, Wasser!
When you plan to post your next KitKat release?

                Thanks
                Wasser,

I double checked this and the version you posted above did not have /sys/devices/virtual/switch/hdmi/state file value set to "0" . It was set to "1" when I opene the file so not sure if you posted the wrong version to test or if it gets reset to "1" when booting. Any thoughts?

Anyone experiencing or had the same issue. I flashed this rom using my pc and tried both kernels stock 1080p and the oc kernel one without luck.

                  Thanks in advance!

                    default keyboard setting

                    Hello everyone,
Could someone please tell me how to disable physical keyboard in the settings and have it stay that way?
Whenever my x7 crashes or I simply reboot it defaults back to physical keyboard on. Just a little annoying to have to change it back every time. I have been keeping up with this thread but don't recall anyone addressing this issue. Maybe I'm the only one not to use a physical keyboard. Oh and thank you for this ROM Wasser. If it wasn't for you I'd have sent my x7 back.

Why not just uninstall the ASOP keyboard? Use nobloat or titanium

This happens 2 times with normal kernel and 1 time with OC kernel.

The crashing really saddens me. There is nothing else to do than reflash. Every time i do an erase in the flashing tool (erase IDB). But as soon as i have a go at US netflix as described above, it dies
Did anyone else experience crashes using Netflix in any way?

The weird thing is that it crashes so hard that i'm not even able to reboot the box. I get endless boot animation upon reboot, and have to reflash to make it boot properly again

Working fine here. Using parameter_files.zip 4Gib and OC kernel kernel-minix-x7-110114-2

                            I added
                            qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
                            to build.prop

                            Zen Pinball looks better now

Isn't that the on screen keyboard I want to keep? I am not plugging in a usb external keyboard. I just want to us the on screen keyboard.
