Wasser thanks for this great ROM am more than happy with it. Can't wait for the next release, but until then is there any possibility making an oc kernel that supports setting the Max clock speed to around the 1700ghz mark (can't remember the exact figure off hand) - as for some reason I cannot run antutu when Max clock speed is set at 1.8mhz - I assume as molle stated that my CPU probably isn't taking too well to it. I had the same problem with finless ROMs and kernels but could use no frills CPU or equivalent to bring Max setting down to 1.7ish. Thanks again

        Hi aggro600,

Did you test the kernel with spdif? If yes, how did it work out?

Maybe it is a good idea to collect all the newest files, and put them in the very first post?

A lot of ppl are asking about files of all kinds, and since this thread has a lot of posts now, it's troublesome to find the exact one you want, or the newest. It leads to a lot of uestions

ive tried finless and the hardwareguru roms and this rom is the most stable for me. It's also the ONLY rom that lets Google Play Music All access work properly (I pay a monthly fee for this, i want it to work!). I do have one suggestion, can you add a second setting that controls mouse acceleration seperately? My touchpad mouse goes a little crazy when mouse speed is set to high, but requires too much movement when set to low. Thanks!

One idea springs to mind. Try a different PSU. I'm using a 4000mA one.

Didn't think of that. Might have to give that a go if I can get hold of one cheap enough. Bit concerned when over amping certain things but if you've tried and tested without problems I will give it a go. Thanks again

Equipment will not be harmed by ampere as such. It's the voltage that you need to look out for.

Thanks bro. I figured as much just didnt want to harm the X7. My CX-919 is my experimental device with hope to reduce the risk of damaging the MINIX. I thank you all for your advice its much appreciated.

Now... Wasser any chance of a 720p kernel oc'd to 1704 or at least adding the 1704 step to the current one, if not does anyone know of a work around for this, I would love to be able to run this ROM at near full potential while I try to acquire a 4amp power supply to see if that solves my issues with antutu force closing, as I am more and more suspecting this could be the problems as I've had a couple of reboots this evening with CPU set at 1800

So I got optical cable and tested spdif output tonight.

It works and outputs through optical. some observations:

                          - There was a substantial lipsync issue when using hbo. The sound was almost 1 second faster than the video. Are you able to put a +/- lipsync option in to set it in 5 or 10 msec increments?

                          - There was no option to select hdmi, passthrough, spdif, etc output like in stock 006-009. If the cable is plugged in, the audo goes out that way, period. Are you able to add the standard stock options for sound output or is that a kitkat thing?

Let me know if you need to test something further on this.

Also tested 1080p/24 vs. 1080/60 output on another monitor for the hbo go video stuttering issue.

Using 24hz there is no stutter with hbo video but using 60hz or 50hz there is bad stuttering. Any idea how to fix that as the box I will be using this on doesn't have 24 hz only 60hz. There was the same issue on Showtime app.

                            Thanks in advance.

Did a complete new install of the ROM with the SPDIF kernel and 4g parameter file. Now I also get spdif directly working when connected. However no volume control except max or min. And no selection of audio, just spdif. Great sound on my stereo though Thanks.

Any chance that you would build one with hdmi passthrough? Or is it Hard with kitkat?
