I tried Quickshot v2 and HardwareGuru Roms and I noticed that video reproduction is not perfectly fluid.

I assume it is the kernal
and can be flashed with the flashtool refered to in the earlier posts

You have to unzip it first and use the RKBatchTool to flash the firmware. To simplify the rom flashing i have packed all files in one img file.
