I had the same your problem coming back from KK you cannot flash directly the stock ROM because the different space allocation, so I solved in this way:
First flash back the JB RR 1.6 (read the related thread on how to flash coming from KK to JB) and only then you can flash the stock ROM on the JB RR and everything goes well.... In my experience at least!

I'm gone back to RR JB 1.6.1 then, with RK batch tool and the file image of stock rom downloaded from pipo cn, I've attempted to flash the tablet but, when flashing procedure has come to the firmware download it has failed.
          I'll do no more attempt!

Did you read the sticky threads in the main Pipo forum?

Be sure to have checked the flag to include the Loader in the flash (is the first row of RK Batch Tool)
Use the original USB cable and download again the stock ROM (maybe corrupted)

              Good luck!

                PiPO M6pro 3G&WiFi

i just installed the new ROM to my M6pro 16GB WiFi and performancewise it works like a charm. Great work! Big THX! Unfortunately WiFi does not work (saying "Turning Wi-Fi on..." forever). I followed the instructions in the Manual supported with the file and used the 6GB parameter file. After installation booting up took quite a long time. After first boot I restarted the tablet. Second boot was much faster. But event though I did a reboot, the message "Turning on Wi-Fi..." was still active. Only turning on airplane mode, and rebooting afterwards could make it disappear. But when i tried to turn on wifi again, the same happened. Tried resetting, installed the ROM for a second time. Nothing worked. Any ideas what I could have done wrong or whats wrong with my installation?
A second weird thing happends, when I try to turn on Bluetooth. It turns off again by itself after maybe two seconds. But since i dont really need BT this is ok to me. Just mentioned it, just in case the two problems may have a common root.
I have the same problem, did you solve it?

                  Enable multi-user

                  Hi everybody,

It's a long time I don't check this topic but it seems that the last review of this firmware doesn't include multi-user ?

I have find a topic on a solution to enable it, but as I'm not a specialist, it seems like "chineese" for me !!! Is anybody understand anything ???

                    Hello Nutte,

I tried several kernels (even other ROM's) on my Pipo, but I still have the occasional problem.
Now I only use the RRiley-Rom, but I might need another kernel, my tablet is very unlucky.

Sometimes when it sleeps it will not wake-up, and (a bit more) during browsing my tablet will freeze.
It seems that the latter happens more often when my battery is allready down to 35-40%.

Could you give me a link to your kernel please?

                    Regards,

                    Satbeginner

                          Stuck at loading screen

                          Hi guys!

I really never had any problem with my Pipo. But the last week it had made some restarts when browsing, annoying! And this morning it did a restart but I am stuck at "pipo m6 pro"-acid-trip-loadig screen... the screen still flickers like usual but it stays like that forever.. cant seem to get past it. Did a reflash with some different kernels (kernel only) but no luck. Next step will be a total wipe... unfortunately I have not backed up the tablet in a while..solutions anybody???

                          /Kimmen
