    Hello,
First of all, thank you for your work, this is the best kernel i've tested with my CX 919.

The only problem is that the HDMI settings are missing in the settings menu. I need to adjust the screen size a bit. Can someone please tell me how to do that ??

    Thanks

Are you sure you looked at 'screen' settings in Andoid Settings, otherwise it's your ROM that is at fault, need to try a different ROM, since there are no HDMI problems with the kernels.

Before trying D33's kernel i had the default kernel provided by Finless with his 2.0 build. I just flashed Finless 2.0 again, only now using the new kernel provided by D33. And i have no screen/HDMI settings menu, only display settings.

These kernels aren't compatible with ROM's released before June 2014.

I need guide to change Google TV logo which seems store in kernel

            Dear All and d33,

I manage to flash the kernel into my stick MK802 IV.
All seems working fine (audio, video, wifi, etc).

I try to extract the kernel using
FW_tool_RK30xx_RK31xx_3.8 in order to change Google TV logo
            but it can not extracted.

My aim is to change the flash(Google TV) logo, can you help me on this?
I just want to disable the logo or even better if I can replace it.

I do googling and most of the result showing for other devices like Samsung.

            Warm Regards
            Mujoko

Yes, that would be in the kernel. I have no idea how to change it either. The other one lives within the system.img and that one is easily replaceable.

I tried to do it by this tools.

I manage to extract and replace the "google tv" picture but after update and CRC on the kernel image, the devices not even booting up.

Hello. Dear d33, I'm using your kernel (kernel_KK_v4.2.2_TVBOX_RTL8188_Sd.img). It is fantastic, now the frequency of my kr3188t not 1.4GHz, 1,6GHz. It is very good. In Antutu good grades. Thank you for the work done. But WiFi and Bluetooth are not working. You don't plan to add in your kernel support RTL8188 WiFi and Bt MT6622? It would be very good. Maybe you can help my Dmesg and Gpio dump stock kernel.

Could suggest any ROM for CX 919 which meets these conditions?

use the link on page 5 #83, should work fine with your cx919 it has AP6210 wifi chip. Nitro teams Quickshot 3.1 for minix x7 is what im running at the minute on my MK908II(very similar to your CX919) you have to change the kernel to get wifi working (D33 4.25 TV stick AP6210)

Do you like this ROM better than the custom ROM developed by Finless Bob, http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...210-wifi-BETA?

I wonder what makes it better?

                        Thank you.

The rom by Finless was based on a beta kitkat source, Veclinux and Quickshot rom are based on non beta sources, they have bug fixes and are more stable + you can use D33s excellent kernels with them unlocking the T chip to run at 1.6ghz

Finless ROM 2.0 KK for AP6210 +d33 kernels have issues for me:

                              1) no HDMI settings menu, no way to fit/stretch screen
                              2) Some applications (like tTorrent) complain there is no external sd card

With that rom you can only use D33 kernel up to v3, the rom is beta source and needs beta kernels. try one of the roms i mentioned a few posts up with D33s latest kernel build (make sure you use one that matches your wifi/bt hardware)
