Try clicking on about about tab, then click on the build number 7 times maybe that can help

either reboot to recovery or do a full factory reset (wipes both data and cache) from system settings

Debug is on great. Download cydia impactor and choose to create adb driver. Then when you have the driver installed lingo will work
