I don't see an option to "create adb driver". i click on the usb tab, driver scan, a popup labeled "driver scan" is there, my device is listed and high lighted, i click ok, then it says "system policy has been modified to reject unsigned drivers". how do i get around this?

I might be wrong but I think you need to run all the windows programs as administrator. This *should*fix the problem.

same thing, i think it is a setting on my computer but i don't know windows 8 very well. i might try it on an older computer

Forgot about that. Try rerunning the program as an admin
