    my order number is 3401375 okay - that's really not fair.
    people have ordered the product few days after me and you've already sent it to them?!
    what the **** is going on, GB?!
    get your shit together and send the package via DHL already or else i'll cancel my order.
    enough with this bullshit i'm tired of you and your bad customer service. be sure that's the last time i order something from you.

        Cammy, your rep Wendy states that the wifi module in my Tronsmart MXIII does not exist in this model according to Tronsmart (it clearly does, I've attached photos to the emails we've been sending back and forth) so either they're lying or you're selling Clones/fakes as Tronsmart MXIII boxes. I've opened up a paypal dispute, I'm sick and tired of having to deal with customer support for nearly every order I make from Geekbuying. Paypal will be contacting you shortly from their resolution department. Either give me a proper working firmware, replacements with the proper hardware or my money back. I'm done dealing with Geekbuying. Goodbye.

                And then we got news from Elephone that Elephone P8000 not support North America network.

                As for a responsible company, we stop selling to North America customers and when they support your network we will give you big discount to buy soon.

                  Hi! I placed my order on the 13:th of May. After 8 weeks I contacted Geekbuying. After a number of mails I was told to wait. Three times I got the exact same mail telling me they have started a investigation to see what had happende to my package. Finaly I was promised to get a refund after 3 months if my package still hasn´t arived. When I yesterday mailed geekbuying I got the exact same reply telling me they have started a investigation.

                  I even ordered with shipping insurance.

                  Do I have to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back?

                    i don't now what kind a company are , but all lie , from chat support , when ask about stock product , tell you yes is it after need week to send .All my orders are not in time and missing.

                    my new order 3422854 and have promise to send for today , but there is no today.

                            They contacted me allright! Same mail as before were I was asked to get "a document from my post office stating that I never got the package, otherwise the investigation will take two weeks longer".

                            I even ordered with shipping insurance to avoid this! What a scam!

                            I simply have to take my future buissines elsewere and open a dispute with Paypal.

                            GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

                            (please got it with the stamp of the post office ),
                            if the shipping company have the file case number and they will investigate it easily .
                            But if there is no file case number and the investigation will take you 2 weeks or more days ,hope you can understand .

                            you would better to go the local post office and get the file number and document of case number to state that you have not got your package yet in your local place ,
                            then we could send these file number and document to the shipping company to check your package status and apply for your compensation.
                            otherwise the shipping company will not accept our request without the proof from you hoping your understanding and looking forward to your document and file number .

                              Problems with order Order Number: #3418881.More than 5 working day processing i never have issues with so long processing with Geekbuying. No body answer me when i write to contact us emails so far . What's wrong ?
