wasser, you're a victim of your own genius. Your Beelink rom is so attractive that those of us with 3288 dongles such as the RKM V5 and the MK903 V have been trying every possible combination of components from other roms to get yours working properly on our devices. I must have swapped in and out a dozen different combinations of kernel, misc and resource to get a rom that runs without crashing, connects via wifi on AP 6330 as well as 6335 and sleeps/reboots/powers down properly. I've come close, but it's always the same, power management defeats us. We cannot get a combination that powers down or reboots properly, even if we get wifi working on both chipsets.
This is not an issue with your wonderful rom: it's an issue with the lack of development on our devices. But your system.img seems tied to your kernel - no other kernel from any other device will even boot up, so our options are few.
Any chance at all that you would release a modified kernel/resource.img to bring your creation to our devices?

Thanks for the tip. I'm currently going back to the V5 Beta, which has decent power management. I've rooted it and it's now more flexible.. on both the V5 and the 903V, video in Kodi is pretty good, but the rom itself is under-clocked for thermal management and doesn't have Wasser's zing. May try to adjust the CPU..

Hello Wasser,
I upgraded my Firefly device from RC2 to RC4 (all imgs files, expected the "misc" in order to keep my app installed).
All works beautifully now.
Here are the main changes I noticed:
1. Netflix and local TV app no longer freeze after a few seconds with sound still ongoing => thanks a lot
2. Navigation across screens is now even more reactive
3. Usb DAC is now outputting some sound but it is half broken and sounds electronic. I played with the bitrate from audio_policy.conf with no better success... however it ended up working perfectly when I just push over my Nexus 5 audio config (audio_policy.conf & mixer_paths.xml).
4. Logitech Usb webcam + mic works perfectly (on hangout for vid+mic, and on "voice record" for mic test). However the firefly seem to lack enough usb power to drive both my usb dac and webcam at the same time.
I am attaching the Nexus 5 config file if it can help anyone here.
Again, thanks for all, you rock.
