In this version added a script s905_autoscript_data_to_emmc. This script is intended for running the system from external media (SD card or USB flash drive) with the location of the user's data and settings LE in the internal memory eMMC. Pay attention to not run steps from this topic to do. Simply replace the script s905_autoscript on an external drive, the new version. Script works with all carriers - SD card and USB flash drive.

I recommend before replacing the script, save the primary file s905_autoscript to return to the previous use case, where data and settings are stored on an external drive from which you are running the system.

Can I just upgade from LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-17.3_20170801 version to LibreELEC-S905.aarch64-17.4_20170915 with the tar file in update folder or do I have to use an SD Card inevitably ? (I only have LibreELEC installed in the internal memory)

You can try from the beginning to save your current settings , and then perform the upgrade. If something doesn't work, you can perform a clean install and bring back your settings.

Hi Balbes, wondering if you could assist, I am seeing a lot of errors in the latest build, I'm not certain what my have cause the errors, either it's Libreelec or Skin or what, please find the attached log for your review, let me know what you think.

@ Balbes150, I notice in the latest build 90/25, when I write the image into the internal drive, it will stopped and did not go passed "writting device tree image" after several mins while it seem it hang, the TV screen goes black. When I removed the ac cord to power the device. "Remote control will not work for three units"

2. Rename the file remote.conf.vegas95 to remote.conf and start the installation again.

I have a request for my self, not sure if the community mitgh like the idea and if its possible, could you make a s905 build with out Tronsmart splash, so the system boot only to Libreelec splash, therefore, on going forward onecan just update with Tar file.
Let me know your thoughts if it possible, personally I have too many splash

Sorry, I don't understand the question.

Could you prevent Tronsmart Log appearing when the system boot, so it only show Libreelec log only, personally I dont like too many log appearing when the system boot.
