If your remote doesn't work, you may need to swap out the original OEM remote.conf, though. That will work for everything except cold power-up, since that IR code is hardcoded into the bootloader.

To be honest, I haven't tested it lately, but it sounds like we could add the Leadback keyboard safely. I'd just need to ensure we didn't get into that scenario before where no text input was possible with the IR remote.

only problem i'm having is with the google boot logo its always screwed up even when saved as R5 G6 B5 ?
Edit: fixed it, needs to be saved as 24bit R8 G8 B8

I tried sideloading the APK but on launch I got a message stating something like there was no SU binary and it can't be installed. I then tried the latest release of the TWRP flashable version but I got errors during flash about patching the bootloader if I'm remembering correctly. Then I went back to the v2.46 flashable version which is before all this systemless root stuff became a thing, which I believe was related to the issues I had flashing the current release. That worked. Then I updated to the latest release with the sideloaded APK.You can get the v2.46 flashable zip from the link.

After setting up and trying out your brilliant Android TV ROM on a relative's Beelink GT1 for a few days, I encountered something unusual when I took the device back to his house. Shortly after it connected to his WiFi network, I noticed that the connection would drop and reconnect frequently (as in every minute). This was a surprise to me because I experienced no such issues at my house. I had him power cycle his modem / router (Bell Home Hub 2000 AKA Sagemcom F@st 5250) and I restarted the Beelink GT1 multiple times but that didn't solve the problem. I then accessed his modem / router's control panel and noticed that it used a shared SSID for both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless bands. After I disabled that option and had the device connect to one of two separate SSIDs, the connection became stable. I think this is worth mentioning here because back when he had the Beelink (GT1_106M0) firmware installed, he did not experience that issue even with the shared SSID for both wireless bands..
Just ran into this today after flashing on my T95U pro. Couldn't figure out why I kept getting connection drops. Separating the 2.4 and 5ghz bands into 2 different SSID solved the issue Thanks!
Also thank you Magendanz for a great rom everything is running great!

Simply unzip these two .ko files (hid-dr.ko and hid-sony.ko) from the zip attatched to the bottom of this post to your box and open terminal, cd to the folder you copied them to and typeCode:insmod hid-sony.ko
Code:insmod hid-dr.ko
