    I have a H96 Pro+ 3/32 (S32-V6, blue) with android 7.1.2 stock ROM.
I installed the SCV4 ROM with sd card method without any problem (without erasing the bootloader, as I was on stock FW 7.1.2).

Thanks for sharing. I was on OpenGL ES 3.0 and now it is 3.2.

But, when I use TWRP for installing SCV7A zip file, everything is Ok except that I have a red error message:

    Code:
    ...
    - Wiping cache ...
    Installation successful.
script succeeded : result was [Installation successful.
    [COLOR=#FF0000]E:unknown command [[][/COLOR]
One or more zip requested a cache wipe -- Wiping cache now.
    ...
    ...done
    1) An idea ?

    2) Another thing, using KODI, AC3 5.1 passthru is working with SPDIF but not thru HDMI ?

    3) The provided Reboot/Shutdown software doesn't work for me (ie shutdown) ?

    4) Can I install Magisk 17.1 with TWRP ?

    Thx for u help.
    1) But v7a is installed.
    3) It will work after the device is rooted.
    4) Yes.

      1) Yes, I have Build > SCV7A and also Light Home or WeOS Launcher.

      Thx

        4) Magisk 17.1 installed > 3) resolved.
        5) minor: there are also, in SCV7A, some translation errors (not present in SCV4) in Audio menu (ie digital sounds) or Display menu (screen position).

Maybe you should have erased boot loader, so custom kernel can load. Never had digital pass through issues with HDMI and SPDIF on any of the SC versions I tested with.

I suggest installing DROID Settings from stock firmware, it will allow further extended display settings.

Also I found issues with Magisk 7.1, ended up using older pre 7.0. You may not see any issues, unless using modules and or xposed.

            2) For me, the only way is to use AC3 passthru and SPDIF with KODI 17.6. All other combinations don't work (HDMI with KODI, or SPDIF/HDMi with another player).
It was the same before installing Magisk.
            Actually, no module and/or Xposed.

This 7.1.2 rom runs well on my green board H96 Pro + (3/32). I believe the current rom your running is Android 6.0. That one ran fine on my box as well. Hope this helps.

                  Download SCV4 GREEN PCB IMG:

                  Download SCV7A OTA:

Weird. 5G speed is much faster than LAN.

georgesat20 - Last time I had some problems (errors) with USB burn tool. I burned an SD card with SCV4, popped it in the card slot. and waited. It could take 20 mins or more, but eventually the rom started up and all was well. After that, put SCV7A on the same card and do a local ota install.

I'm sorry but you're wrong, your rom works on all these PCB, The problem is that people do not know how to flash ROMs and Instruction are not good

I can enter to TWRP but when I change language to german on "welcome screen" of TWRP then twrk doesnt start again and I get a black screen.
                              try this:
take a USB mobile phone charger (2A) and connect it to the box with a male-male USB cable (as when you're flashing rom) and connects the hdmi cable to the TV
                              Does it work?
                              Yes

When you get this error, mark it "force erase all" and then reset with the reset button, if you back out the error, try several times.
                              should pass without error!
