That's unfortunate, because normally I don't use any external storage...

Sorry, that's just the way of things - when you erase NAND and flash a full ROM/kernel package, you're wiping the device. I guess I just took all that for granted from experience with several Android phones/devices... if you're doing a full ROM restore, you're losing your stuff unless you've got it saved somewhere else. I can't really offer much consolation other than, better luck next time? Sorry.

Constant complaint on ALL 3188 ROMs. I do not have hulu so cannot test!
However it is my understanding that it doesnt work because your rooted.
Run super SU and try turning it off.

To my knowledge NO ONE has figured out what changed with the CX-919 to cause this incompatibility with the recovery system and no screen. For sure we know something has changed but what?

I can confirm on my stick which is one of the FIRST CX-919 sticks, the new recovery.img that fixes NAND formatting issues, give me NO SCREEN on my stick. But if you read through this thread the new sticks work!

On the 3066 sticks we just called them CLONES.... But this time even Geekbuying does not know what the hell happened. It's like the MK908 all over again...

Did you try to install a full busybox (Storenson is what I prefer) from Google Play?
It gives the option to install to bin or xbin

No, I didn't, and after the copy it works perfectly, at least for things I do. I believe it has some hard coded path inside or something.
On the other hand I didn't tried to move instead of copy, but ideally that would be the good solution...

The "internal sdcard" is logically what was an actual sdcard in older android devices (and the cheapest one today), and usually everything stays there after flashing.
And it's true it's not a distinct hardware anymore, but it's still a distinct partition, so it would be possible to leave it as it is if the user don't want to mess with partition sizes...
Similarly we can flash only the recovery partition without any problem.

i cant find in settings the option to automatically hide system bar, is there?

now works wifi a lot better!
only some crashes in xbmc and problems to load "pelisalacarta" plugin library but i think is a apk problem, not the rom!

Bob did u in 1.6b take the loader from new stock rom as well? This problem:
http://www.FreakTab.com/showthread.php?p=105960 sounds to me like the loader has some problems with nand as well and it got replaced by flashing the stock rom, so the next flash attempt did work.
