I think it's probably best that I just leave this thread now before it starts to seem like I'm trolling. I don't take back anything I wrote before, but Wasser I am grateful for all the time you spent building this ROM for everyone except yourself to use! You've helped me out personally a couple of times with it too!

    Thanks.

      SANGER....

Sorry SANGER, but i think "Be aware: it is your own risk!" is enough Warning! Yes its true, people who often flash roms didnt notice Warnings like that. But isn't it the same with smoking and cancer? Nobody has to flash a custom Firmware. If someone bricks his device....sorry for that, but this can happen with every board. Flashing is everytime a risk and there is a reason why youre losing your guarantee when flashing custom roms.
Wasser has no possibility to test it on other Hardware. So how he could warn others if he cant test it??? For me its working great on my 2.0 Board. For a Friend its also working great on a 1.0 Board too...

Wasser, thanks for your great workHope 1.2.5 is not your last FW and you keep up the good work! I really appreciate it!

      Regards,
      Mod

        Hi DRMod,
you are writing that you know someone who runs 1.2.5 on a Version 1.0
May be you can convince this person to explain how he made it working?

I flashed many time, many roms(OFW, Wasser, Lewy and unknow sources too) my box, sometimes after flashing it didn't boot, but i never thought to blame anybody, but try to find solution (maybe because this is our Polish nature: don't cry because it don't work, but try to fix by Yourself).

This devices has BOOTLOADER, trigger by button, so it has locale to different part of memory than firmware, so this is the reason to hard to demage this devices by uploading soft.

When i had problem with boot it helped one things:
            1. Run RKAndroidTool.exe and before flashing EraseIDB
or in additional after this step upload temporary different firmware that You tried to flash

            Wasser:
I think You don't need to worry such thing, because the most people are greatful to You, people are different and even when You will give gold for everyone, You will find some unhappy people too(because it is to heavy or something)

                Kernel Links

                Hello there.

I´m trying to download the 1.2.5 firmware kernel, but the links (old and new) are broken.
Someone can fix the links? Or someone can upload the kernels?

                Thanks for the help!

                Abraços do Brasil!

I downloaded it a few days ago (transportation from China was very very long !)
                        I used new kernel, 720p.

Same here. This box works very smooth compared to stock ROM.

I will re-flash your firmware again and I'll try and see if I have done anything more unintentionally. you'll have already reported.

I download wasser 1.2.5 stock rom, but kernel links are dead (please reload new or old links). I installed rom without kernel (in RKAndroid Tool I unchecked kernel square and install without kernel).

Will this be OK? Or I have to install with kernel. Can someone please explain what does it mean ROM installation and what does it mean Kernel installation? Is it possible to install ROM without Kernel?
