Thank you for your answer. GT1 ULTIMATE or M8S Pro L, i like both. Maybe you should work for you for once. I will wait a bit.

I'd be curious to see V8 of the ROM. Got V7 installed and think it's an awesome ROM, a thousand times better than stock. I'm sure it must be frustrating dealing with the clones. People should just understand that they try the ROM at their own risk. If it works it works, if not then revert to a back up.

Mine just died yesterday, I was using the remote control that came with it to shut it down. Now just the blue led flashes like Morse code and nothing on TV. I had 7A on it and it worked fine, tried to flash it back to SCV4 but I receive the DDR init failed, with different cables same error.

By the way it "died" it is more likely to be the AC adapter that died. Few weeks ago mine "died" while watching some series the led was giving Morse code as you say but it was dimmed. Luckily some other people have reported AC adapters dying, so the first thing I did was getting a replacement. I purchased a 5v 3A and the box came back to life. No need to reflash.

The people with bad power bricks should try hitting up your vendors for a free power supply. Especially if you suggest that you may go through Paypal(or your credit card purchase protection/charge back). Sadly the vendors got faulty stock...but they are still responsible for providing the product you paid for.

                    Glad to help.

ReaperMan Yeah vendors/manufacturers should respond for those faulty products, but entering a dispute with them and PayPal often results in returning the broken adapter /box, which surely is more expensive than the price of the box itself or purchasing a new adapter.

I had the exact same dimmed light sympton. Another power supply fixed the problem.
My Vendor gave me a $10 dollar credit.

Hi thanks for the ROM everything works great except two bugs i found one is that the tvbox can't go to sleep and wake up again when i use the root menu it reboots only with soft reboot and makes soft reboot and with reboot shuts down and with shutdown shuts down, and can't wake up the box.. The only way to wakeup start up the box is with unpluging the power cable and replug it and the other issue is that the IR not working my original Remote Control from tv box not working

i am on the latest V7A i have the Green pcb and i flashed successfully the Green Rom

                            Thanks nikkpap

The only way to wakeup start up the box is with unpluging the power cable and replug it and the other issue is that the IR not working my original Remote Control from tv box not working
