    Good job, Wasser!

It's running smoothly for two days. Antutu score is about 19k.
    My wish list:
    1. Control bar should have Volume control, Power button ...
    2. Sound manager: allow to control the audio output via HDMI or Optical. Sound pass-through is a must have.

finally got it installed. very nice and smooth. .92 ,my wifi, Ethernet and bluetooth works.

My A2 mouse is nice and fluid. One thing I notice which is not working is the audio mic from the A2 remote is not working. Is this known or is there a setting for me to change to enable?

        Loader file nonextist

Tried to load your kitkat rom on my T428,, but get the message loader file nonexist. Maybe you can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue. Thanks

Ok, found the correct bootloader in your folder. Trying it now.

Today, came back from work, realising the X7 has shut down, which is the first time ever happening. Still lacking the skills to permanently change the freqs, i never turned off my X7 the last stable days, something mustve happened during the time i slept.

Anyway, since the freqs revert to their defaults, i must say, with governor Performance and minimum freq to 1200 the difference is felt. Reverting bag i see a few lags on screen change, drawer opening and that red thing around the browser seem to show up a bit more.

Performance Governor locks the device's CPU at maximum frequency (i.e. 1608MHz).

              observations

Have only tried it for a few minutes, but I am very impressed. I am using this going straight in to the tv hdmi port and not through my A/V receiver. I installed SPMCxbmc and it works great. I have not tried any 1080p video, but my sd rips are working fine streamed from my Synology NAS, no stutter or sync problems. I am only using my ethernet connection, so have not tried wifi or bluetooth yet. I can not think of anything that is working. It will take awhile to determine stability. Got an Antutu score of 17111, which is very good for this stick. I prefer using the on screen keyboard, but after reboot, I have to go back into settings and change the input methods back to onscreen keyboard. This is a very good rom, and I will continue to use it.

              Thanks for this rom.

                Sound settings

Sorry for this noob question, but can someone tell me how I can change the sound settings. I want my output to Spdif and I can't find it in settings. Do I need an app for that?

Check post #181. I believe it has not made it's way into this yet but may be on the to do list.

Try the SoundAbout app...not sure if it can do anything with SPDIF but worth a shot.

@Molle, no wonder, the device has been working well, but ive put it on sleep, does that mean even the sleep was locked at 1.6ghz? It also shut down as i said, can the device handle constant 1.6ghz load for, lets say, a day? Also, what do you suggest for governor, definitely not conservative.

                      Wasser,

Thank you for your hard work. When is your next release and what do we have to look forward for?

Do you have the remote Mic (like the A2) supported in the future builds?

I keep my X7 on 24/7, so I don't know how the device handles sleep. Each device is unique, so it's possible that with your device several hours at maximum speed has increased the CPU temperature to a level where the device shuts down to avoid physical damage to the chip.

I'm currently using 'ondemand' as the governor, 'noop' as the i/o scheduler and I've set the minimum CPU frequency to 1008MHz. The AnTuTu score with this setup is ~19270.

It fixed my 3.5" jack output, i can get output from it if i force Media through Headphones. I havent touched the app much after that, there might be a SPDIF option somewhere, i forgot to test it last night.

                                Give it a try: SoundAbout
