try to set the VPN using the software VPNroot (available on play store), I don't know why, but with this app VPN just work.

Has anybody managed to get openvpn working on this rom? It connects, but it seems that no data are apssing through the tunnel, so it seems that I don't have internet connection.i tried several apps.

Download e.g. Finless v1.9 ROM for the X7. The tool is included.

The X7 has a Broadcom chipset so, naturally, there's no Realtek driver in the X7 kernel. You can either accept this incompatibility or switch back to a ROM specific for your device.

I guess only wasser knows the definite answer to that. It all depends on the kernel configuration. Some custom ROMs package more stuff to the kernel than others.

BTW: Which KK ROM did you use?

Now I'm using Neo Official Release X7 Kitkat 250 ( february 8th 2016 ).

Is there a way to downgrade from this Wasser 3.0.6 Lollipop to oficial KitKat 250. I flashed this Wasser rom and i'm not happy with the way it behaves : no remote apps work like CetusPlay,Yatse, i have problems with screen etc.
I like to know if it's possible to downgrade. Thanks in advance.
