Yeah, I wouldn't hold my breath. It will go a couple of days without any drops, and then it will randomly drop-out 5 times over the course of a movie (regardless of what the volume is set at). It is extremely annoying, especially since it always seems to happen at the most important part of the movie (climax).

I wondered that, so I replaced the HDMI cable with the one that I was using when having constant dropouts and they appeared on a continual basis again.
Gone back to the setup that shows none so far and after 8 hours of use, no dropouts at all.

Michael T.
It was bought from a local store and was a High Speed Cable with ethernet.
I would not suggest that anybody go out any buy new cables as I know of no specific logic why this has worked.

Can someone help me to get rid of audio dropouts when playing a movie? I use Wasser v2.0.8 with HDMI Passthrough. The dropouts happens with all apps(Youtube, SPMC, Spotify, etc.) How often it happen is very random, sometimes it is every 20-30s and sometimes I can watch a full movie without getting a dropout. Is this occurring for others too? Is it better to use SPDIF than HDMI Passthrough?

It is the same thing (regarding SPDIF and HDMI passthrough).
The only way to get rid of them is to set your HDMI to 24fps and in SPMC disable passthrough.

Hey guys, I just updated to version 2.0.8 rom and cpu2000-ddr700-gpu600 kernel. Now I don't have audio through HDMI?!...
I go to Settings>Sound>Sound Device Manager & it doesn't have an option to select HDMI Passthrough. Only SPDIF Passthrough.
Any idea's gentleman? Much appreciated!

Use overclockmatic in terminal emulator and keep the current included kernel. Don't expect to see too much improvement as I believe the GPU and DDR are already clocked very high.Currently Using:
