Installing the BIOS... if it worked fine before then dont mess with it... Its probably the Artway or Suntech BIOS opposite to what you need

i can use the otg cable to connect the keyboard and mouse under win 8.1 pro x86

Well, i tried this aswell and looks like mine is busted or something. Doesnt power up on microusb or acts as a host.

I think there is quite a danger of people flashing Suntech bIOS on Artway box and vice versa.. that MIGHT brick them


Can someone with EITHER box tell me how it is for Steam streaming.. I sold my box and now might want a couple of them if they stream well.

cx-w8 seems much better, as it has more settings.

Guys, help, please. How can I restore bios on my w8 (dual boot)? Above someone give a backup file "output.bin" - what to do with it?

NOTE: This is for W8 Dual Boot only. NOT FOR CX-W8. I am not responsible for any damage to your device. So try it on your own risk.

Steps to follow:

- Download W8_2.5 from here https://mega.nz/#!kJcT3JgD!UZiFmGdNA...ZxwIR95QbPA0wQ
- Paste and extract this folder in your W8. (Preferably on Desktop in Windows)
- Right click on run.bat file and Run As Administrator.
- Then let it finish flashing and your device will reboot.

You should now have all options in BIOS
