About games accepting just wifi i think is unavoidable, many app are developed for mobile.
About ARR, dunno why happens a log could be useful, but... how? i will try to reproduce myself... from my experience, SPMC is really unstable.

I maybe be wrong but I think there is an Xposed mod to fake wifi connection. Never tested my self mind so idk if it works or the proper name.

the important part of the board can could cause issue are wifi chip but if is a p212 the wifi should be the same, if you want to flash twrp there is a version 3.0.2 working perfectly : https://mega.nz/#F!ZsxV0CrB!vsR6rdmZkpI9HShdPxybog just be aware that you'll need a wired mouse to use TWRP.
My Rom should work on your device, but just copy your remote config file before just in case of it's in /system/etc/ the name of the file is remote.conf .
then if you device has a reset button try the zip file i provided.

So, i flashed your rom direct, no backup (yes, i know, i know!). The reason is, every time i try to flash any of both recovery images suggest for me in this thread on burning tool i got "parse burning image fail", first i think both files was corrupted, but i try to download on Vivaldi, Opera and Firefox, but every time a got this message once i try to load the image file, but, if i try to load full rom image everything goes right, so i click flash and cross my fingers.

The good news: System boot up, running good. Nice!
The bad new: bluetooth not working.

But, before flash, on the stock rom, bluetooth wasn't work. Every time i click on on/off toggle nothing happens. After flash the rom, the first time i click on/off toggle nothing happens too, so i try to restart and now bluetooth is missing in quick settings and system configuration.

Wifi is working fine.

Edit: I do remote.conf backup and put back in the right directory, but remote control don`t work now.

Obviously you cannot burn a recovery with usb burning tool, you should put recovery.img in a sd card and reboot pushing with a toothpick the reset button, then follow one of the guides on freaktaboor everywhere on web ...

I got no problem to format my sd card and due testing roms you'd do it many many times so it's not a rom problem dunno.
About Kodi addons, could be that some will not work on kodi 17 if they are old and not updated by the mantainer or probably you're using a repository for a wrong version of kodi, i don't know there are many reasons and again it's not rom related, the setup i did on kodi, does nothing related to addons and i konow how kodi works pretty well
But then you used kodi 16.x from Google Play, so it's odd, there are logs in kodi directory if could you post them to me i can try to help you, but i'm pretty sure, it's not rom related. But i'm curious

Tosu if you would like to discuss about original fw you are off-topic, if you don't trust me you're off topic so PM me. V109 comes from Gearbest, a user kindly asked for a link and they provide the v109 link.

i don't know if V109 contains new drivers, probably yes, the fastest way is to do a test yourself, 3 minutes of flashing 15 minutes to put all the setting back

About antenna hardware i don't think a tape with a very thin copper cable is a good antenna hardware (you wrote everything is fine ) so:
I simply removed the old antenna and soldered the new one on the motherboard, it's a micro antenna cable so two point of soldering.
I buyed this antenna with cable then i created hole in the chassis, and installed the external antenna. the gain is incredible from 1mbs to 15mbs, so actually you're working without an antenna...

It's a vicious came from flashing roms in smartphones . But strange, first i try to put the img file on the sd card an restart and nothing happens, the device boot in stock recovery every time. i will try the remote soon.

Yes that is right. 16.1 from play store. It sometimes starts with a green screen. The Kofi start screen sometimes appears after a few seconds of green or appears if I fiddle with the TV aspect ratios. But sometimes not and I have to restart. Kodi 17 beta seems to start consistently without issues.
