Hi, I'd like to leave just one suggestion for the Power and Drawer buttons. I downloaded this image from NVIDIA Shield TV, the Drawer App was my edition, but Power is native to Android TV. The proposal is to keep the buttons in the same color pattern and design of Android TV. Another option would be to create a new menu similar to "Apps and Games", something like the functions that Xiaomi and NVIDIA make their TVBOX. Updating the App Drawer icon is easy, but I'm not sure I see the point in adding a new category like Apps and Games for settings. The Power button is actually a feature of TvSettings.apk, which includes a manifest entry to expose it in the Leanback Settings area.

OK - I have finally received my M8SPro+and the tvstock install went fine and seems to be working. Now my question is - what do I need to do to add the usb dvb drivers/firmware to the system? Is there a github for this rom that I can add the media_build files to the kernel?Comment

No, there isn't. You can try to add kernel modules to /lib/modules and in theory they will be loaded on the fly. In practice, we haven't seen that. (Kernel modules can be mined from the NVIDIA Shield TV ROMs at https://developer.nvidia.com/gameworksdownload.)

When using Burning tool to install this ROM, should the "Erase Bootloader" box be checked? Only being careful so as not to screw up the Widevine L1.Comment

No, it shouldn't be checked, but checking it won't erase your keys. It's the Overwrite Key option that will do that.
The Erase Bootloader setting will just wipe it before copying the new bootloader. There's a short window where if something were to go wrong you'd brick your device, but it's extremely brief and I've never had a problem with it despite having flashed hundreds of times with the setting checked. The more prudent course, however, is to uncheck it.

I have the same device M8S Pro+ but I have problems about freezing. Is there anybody who has such a problem? And what should I do to fix it. I install many times the rom, but nothing changed. In addition, my cpu is 1512 mhz rather than 2.0ghz. Do you know that the reason is? Gearbest item description says 2.0ghz, but it is not. Is this device wrong or everybody's cpu has the same speed?
Especially Settings application crashes. I reset device and worked well at first. Then crashed again and again.I opened developer options and select render with GPU forcibly and nothing changed. Shoul I could the device down?
If there is Android TV Stock 6.0 version, I will install it. But I don't know if theese problem will gone.

Got same problem and noone answered me. Also have tried other rom from this forum (Android Stock & Nano) and get back to orginal one. Nothing changed.... Seems to be broken device.
