Follow this guide, step by step, write the lines like they are (exact words):

You have terminal emulator and busybox installed.

With any file manager enter in /sdcard/Download/ and erase all files related to cwm installation. Erase all files there if you don't have anything important.

Download http://www.freak-tab.de/leolas/cwm/k...covery.img.zip

look at your /sdcard/Download folder with any file manager.

You must have this file:
kr42-2-cwm-recovery.img.zip

Now enter in terminal emulator and write, (please exact words)

  cd /sdcard/Download
  unzip kr42-2-cwm-recovery.img.zip
mount -o remount,rw /system
cp flash_image /system/bin/flash_image
chmod 775  /system/bin/flash_image
/system/bin/flash_image recovery kr42-2-cwm-recovery.img

I am also wondering the same thing ... I just got my QX1 and those wierd flash tools never worked so hot on my other tv stcks in windows8... so I always relied on cwm

Perhaps add a link w/ instructions to OP ?
