Power it on, let the recovery do it's thing, now the most important tip: when the screen goes black...wait...
After some time it will briefly show a KitKat splash, the screen will go black again...now..you've guessed it...more waiting...

      Tadaaaa...there's the Android desktop

Our kernel guru D33 already bypassed all the locks in his awesome kernel, get it here:

      Good luck.

      Regards
After the recovery screen with d33 kernel i don`t even get the penguins screen. It stays blank. I think this kernel doesn`t work for me. Anyone other with the same problem? If we could make a patch to bypass the T locks in any kernel, i could use it in a working one for me.

        Hi,

        How long did you wait?
        First boot takes a while.
Is your TV showing It has a signal on HDMI?

Once again, a black screen is normal, there's no boot animation in the rom.

        Regards

So, i tested it. After the recovery, I get no signal on tv with the 4.1 sd kernel. Any explanation on that?

              That's not normal behaviour.
Does It boot with the kernel that comes with the rom?
Have you tried the non OC test-kernels from D33?
Some devices don't like the gpu/ram OC that are standard in D33's v4 kernels.

              Regards

i just tried the nogpu noddr oc and it worked. But what is the point of that? I want to unlock the gpu and ddr, so i get no benefit from this kernel. isn`t that right?

Your device works lazy with OC applied on GPU/RAM like mine.
Did you tried low OC like no-gpu, ddr720?

                  Greetings.

No worries, this isn't a setback, it's an opportunity.
                      An opportunity to learn!

Here's what I would do if I was in your situation:

                      1. Figure out what's causing the device to not boot...ie RAM or GPU?
                      2. Once we know the answer to this question we have to ask ourselves WHY isn't it booting with those settings?
                      3. And ofcourse if we know the answer to that we can actually do something about it.
                      4. Profit!

I can go into way more detail if you want me to.

                      Regards

Edit: sorry didn't see your previous post...
So it appears to be the GPU, now what can we do about it....carefully overvolt the GPU (use the overclock script to accomplish this, you will have to modify it).
Keep upping the GPU voltage, but stay within safe limits and see what happens.

Be very very carefull when doing this or you WILL fry your device.

                      OR

Once again modify the script, leave voltages as they are and start playing with the GPU freqs, see how high you can go before it won't boot, now up the voltage and try again.
Select your freqs from the GPU table in the kernel, don't use random freqs as they won't work.
At least not in my experiments...

                      Fun times up ahead.

                      Regards

I see a power issue here: you need to use an AC Adapter with more power (5volts, 1.5amps or more) or try to connect your dongle directly to an USB located on your TV.

Believe me, your device is hungry and needs more power!

                        Greetings.

I don`t think the problem is only the gpu.
I tried as i told you the ddr oc only and i didn`t got it to work. so the problem at first is the ddr, i think. Is that right?

Something very important I've overlooked but was suggested by wichoxp ...possible power issue.
Try a different PSU first, a decent branded PSU that provides at least 2A but preferably can go up to 3A would do.

Great tip Wichoxp, how did I manage to forget about this...

i dont have one, but if i connect 2 2A psu at the same time one from the dc port and now from the otg port? Will this provide the amount of amps i need?

It would be better to parallel them up and plug them both in the DC input, or use a better single PSU.
I've read people powering it up via the OTG port but I don't have any idea how it's all connected internally.
You could try and see what happens...

                                It could actually work.
(or it could damage the device)
