The mecool with s912 cpu has an Widevine l1 support.
any chance to get the Widevine files from that device and implement it on our device in the next rom?

For that you have to open up the box.

Just for that??? Would be great to have it inside the rom.
and an evie launcher and an automatic background changer built in

Could be built in, but (un)fortunately isn't, so You have to user 3rd part methods. There is Network Speed Indicator Xposed module, which only purpose is showing network speed, but it seems to not work on 7.0+.

As for the rest than I don't see point in adding this two things. Most people doesn't change background to often, and even if more preferable is static non-auto-changeable wallpapers or LWP.
And launcher is something everybody should add by themselves - I understand stock one or Pixel Launcher, but any other is just an user's choice.

Just checked it myself and ADB over WiFi is working fine.
However my Box is rooted, so I used Terminal Emulator to set up ADB at 5555 port. This way I didn't have to use any drivers.
Just this 4 commands in TE:
                          Code:
                          su
                          setprop service.adb.tcp.port 5555
                          stop adbd
                          start adbd
And than this one on PC:
                          Code:
                          adb connect 192.168.0.X:5555
