Of course i can continue using Libreelec but it would be nice to have full functionality with all Android apps.

Can you give me the link for Libreelec that you use ?

Hi Tillaz, just a question. ON V7, when a put the box on sleep mode with remote power button my TV turned off, and turned on when the box waked UP.

But on V8, the TV just turnes off when i put the box on sleep mode. And the TV don't turns on when the box wake UP.

I'm sorry if this has been already asked, but I was trying to flash this rom, I have an issue where terminal says

"sdcard/1[21]: can´t create /cache/recovery/openrecoveryscript: Permission denied"
root: Permission Denied.

I believe this is a space problem as i only have a 2gb SD card. Am I right or am I doing something wrong in this procedure?

EDIT: Looking at your script, it seems that it is writing "/cache/recovery/openrecoveryscript" in local disk so it shouldn't be a space issue. Are there any other type of permissions that I need to enable here?

Download the 3 files from the archive above and copy them to the root of Internal Storage (Outside of all folders)

files should be on internal storage mate, (this directory is called /sdcard but its actually internal)

With the v8 there are only two files to put on the internal sdcard ..
The rom and the file 1.
Did you flash the rom stock before installing the v8

You don't have root, must of removed it? reflsh stock then this

No as we haven't got it working yet. you can install Play music on the box though
