And why mine should need that fixes? in my rom you dont have something always eating cpu cycles in the background...

because i thought you rom is based on the stock and this is a stock bug...

Na not that much, my rom only uses the libs and some other bits from stock.
So all ok on that matter in mine.

Whats the difference beetween SCV4A OTA and SCV1 IMG?

So do I need to flash SCV1 IMG first by Card maker or burning tool? And then update to SCV4A via TWRP which is getting installed from SCV1?

Does anyone have step by step guide to install this from stock rom?

use card maker with SCV1 , flash your box

then format the microsd , put the zip SCV4A on it and use the update App on the box.

Since i'v upgraded to SCV4A im getting crashes in video decoding. For example the app accuwearher only plays a video after boot then not even youtube can play, just keeps spinning the wait screen. Also i use stream.io a lot and some videos when the source stops to buffer cause the app to fail with an error related to hardware decoding failure.
Definitely not stable this SCV4A.
How can i help to diagnose this further?

Can you try to clear Dalvik cache via recovery?
