On the back of the box, if you have a empty sticker plate its version 1.0. If that sticker plate actually has a sticker on it with a serial number that says "smart android box", it is version 2.0. In your case, it sounds like you have version 1.0

That is right, it is not that simple. According to geekbuying, if you have a sticker (like picture below), then the S/N first characters will tell you (BXnnnnnnnnnnn means a v1 board). If you do not have a sticker, you are out of luck and have to open the unit and read the board version from the board itself (it should be printed in one of the PCBs extremity).

Give it a try now sometimes takes a bit to populate our outside mirror sites.

has anyone tested CH001/1338 B351_V1.1 with the firmware

I have two 351_1.1 and have problem with wasser 1.2.3 - sometime crash video player(mx,bs,any) when play online video (hw decoding)... and very bad works torrent.

I figured out how to get LAN working on the B351 V2.0 boxes, the trade off is losing BT/WIFI.

Flash 1.2.2 let the box reboot after it's done.
Go back to recovery
Flash the new cwm recovery + the kernel that wasser linked in the thread.

It should boot up fine and will give you working LAN, so those that require LAN connections should have a temp solution until another custom rom comes out or wasser updates.

Please test this out and let me know what your results are. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A 1.1 board to try this.
