Anyone else have this problem? Seems like the spacing of the nav bar buttons are switched. The button spacing in portrait should be for landscape and vice versa.

Is there a build.prop edit to switch this?

Despite the known problems associated with this ROM, overall much more usable and fluid than 4.2.2. Thanks Randy!

On mine, in landscape soft button are well placed but not in portrait mode, but I see vol+ button

Sure, but that is when the screenshot button is hide, the problem is the spacing between the buttons. The bars are switching

usb coneection keeps disconnecting and reconnoecting after trying to flash

I tried to flash the riley rom on my Pipo max-M9. I installed the drivers and the flash tool recognized the tablet. I followed the instructions but the flash failed . Since then the tablets USB connection keeps keeps connecting and disconnecting while plugged in. I can't get it to restsrt the flash process as it does not stay connected for more than about 18 seconds.Any ideas?

Did you use orignal USB cable given with the pad? I read somewhere that such problem can occurs with not good usb cable

1: This rom is for M9 Pro

2: This is KitKat rom and you must tick LOADER in Flashtool because KitKat uses different bootloader.

3: Use the original USB cable (the connection plug is longer than normal)

If I remember well, this is the rom I flashed, I have a "max M9 pro" but "max M9 Pro" = "M9 Pro" and on pipo web site there is no "Max M9 pro" but 2 type M9 and M9 Pro, or did I missed something?

I know it's confusing. M stands for Max on the whole M series. The newer versions have Pro in the name. The ROMs aren't interchangeable.

These are 3 differrent tablets,you can't' use firmware for M9 Pro on a Max M9.
Do this with a Samsung device and you can trow it away.
Never use firmware not intended for your device,it's a GOLDEN rule.
In OP post it's clearly told its For M9 Pro.
Some people are hard headed!!!

M9 Pro (AKA Max M9 Pro)
M9 (without pro = older model)

Yes, this is totaly true, and I mus say I have some difficulties when trying to choose a rom figuring out the Max on M9, but now, it is more clear, thnaks to you.

Welcome, just go in the Freaktab forum or on Arcatablets and choose the appropiate section for MAX M9.
All you find there is suitable for the Max M9.
