I think that he is referring to the thermal pad. Yes it is huge and much thicker than typical but still a thermal pad.
Would Rather have had some form of active cooling. And vents in the top... As far as I can tell it served no purpose other than to block already airflow.

Or pick a box with a metal case, since this acts as a heatsink. My T95U never overheats.

I just tried the Superceleron Rom on my T95Z Plus. I have some questions:
Is it difficult to change the air mouse pointer to more of a default style and angle?
Also, can he purple highlight color in System Settings be changed?
And is there a way to keep the navigation bar displayed after reboot or startup? Every time I boot or reboot, the navigation bar becomes hidden again.

Other than that, I'm really digging the rom. I just installed it a few minutes ago and really haven't had a chance to test drive it. I love the navigation bar, power options and the fact that it has Xposed Framework installed. I have the newer wifi chip but don't mind that it's not working since I use Ethernet. Thanks.

OK. Thanks. In build.prop, I changed persist.sys.HideStausBar=false (from true) and now the navigation bar stays visable after reboot.

Also, I noticed when you hide the nav bar and return it, it loses the system color/wallpaper background and turns black. Must reboot to get nav bar to display system colors/ wallpaper background.
            ---------------------------------
EDIT: I managed to change the mouse pointer by replacing pointer_arrow.png in framework-res.apk.

Does anyone know where the boot screen is located? Not referring to the bootanimation but the image that displays just before the bootanimation on bootup. Thanks.

Made an account just to reply to this thread. Thanks soo much!! This just made my box finally useable. 1 other thing that I noticed it fixed is when you are in the internet browser and after you type a URL, when you press ENTER on the keyoard, it didnt do anything. Now it goes to the site. Thanks again! I just put it on all 3 of my T95U PRO boxes and all of them worked perfectly from the SD card method. I will definately be donating this friday.

                Hello Everybody,

I recently bought the following box : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01M3PKE5E/ which seems to be a T95Z plus renamed.

I read the entire post before to try this rom, and I noticed that somebody said that with this rom the Ampak AP6330 will not work in wifi and bluetooth ? is that correct ?

YES! It's a great Rom. Yes, the ENTER key on a wireless keyboard actually does what it's supposed to. Even if you didn't use the Superceleron Rom, there's a simple fix for remapping the ENTER key. I noticed a few other things. When the device goes into suspend / sleep, I just need to press a button on my airmouse and the device wakes up. With the orig Rom, I had to click the airmouse program key, then hit power and then hit the program key again to get the cursor back. Also my memory usage is a couple of hundred MBs less at idle.

I installed this Rom knowing the WIFI wouldn't work due to my 8830 WIFI chip. I really wish there was a method of getting the WIFI working. Can't complain.

Just wondering, how is remapping the ENTER key done?

Btw, here is the keyboard\remote I am using. I have 3 of them, because I purchased 3 of T95U devices. On all of them, I tried going to the Internet Browser URL and typing something, and every time I pressed the ENTER button, it didn't work on any of them. After using Supercelerons Rom, it worked on all of them!

In /system/usr/keylayout Find a file called Generic.kl Open it with an editor. Edit it and change the entry for the line Key 28 from whatever it is to ENTER.
Reboot and the Enter key will now work correctly. It's discussed in various places in FreakTab.

                        Hi guys,
I just installed my first Xposed Framework Module: Youtube Adaway 3.5.0. Everything went smooth and was able to activate it in Xposed Installer app. But Youtube Adaway is not showing in the apps drawer. Is it supposed to? I wanted set the prefs in settings in Youtube Adaway but I can't find the app. It's listed under system settings/apps but not in the app drawer.

ANSWER: Any Xposed modules that do not have settings/customization or preferences will not show in the apps drawer. With Youtube Adaway over version 3.0, it no longer has settings so it's doesn't display in the apps drawer. Wasted post. You can delete this post.

Hi, thank you very much for this rom. But I'm part of those affected by the RGB problem. So I'm waiting for the fix.
