is it nescessary to tick bootloader erase if I want to flash this onto a banggood purchased H96pro plus? was shipped with 7.1.2 preloaded software.

you can skip the booloader erase since you are already on 7.1.2!

V14.0 gave users a lot of issues. no root, bootloop etc.

i did not had any issues with magisk 14.0

but i would like to test the new beta 14.2 with the new SCV7 - superceleron !

Great rom huge improvement over stock. Was wondering how to add / remove favorites on the weos launcher don't have a * key on h96 remote . Been looking to see if this has been asked already but yet to find.

1.is there an overclock for the gpu?if so,why?
2.is there a way to overclock our cpu?
3. Is there a way to undervoltqe the cpu so we get cooler cpu?
4.i see 64gb versions already... Will this rom fit?

Magisk V.14.0 Installed OK for me.

Looks like I have root and SafetyNet is green and good to go!

Magisk Manager can't autodetect "Boot Image Location" anymore.

I tried adding more modules and updating to newer version....Fail.

Basically indicates a wonky sub-system...waiting for future problems.

Next OTA , when released...in good time, I'll root with Magisk v14.2 or newer.

Well SCV7 is on the works... like i said im on full time on this job so.. almost no time for this since i also need to attend the family..

1º i removed the gpu oc... since scv4
2º no
3º yes if you have root, search for the noFrillsCPU app
4º dunno i have one here but you have to wait for me to test it... i still dint have the time to even unpack it lol...

do you mean an offizial OTA?
this function does not work. in the original rom it does not work, too.
or do you mean the SCV6 OTA?

first flash SCV4, via sc card burner tool and a micro sd card. after starting once, unplug powercord.
(FIRST STEP IS NECCESSARY TO INSTALL TEAM WIN RECOVERY!)
just copy the SCV6 ZIP file on a clean micro sd card, or an usb stick.
with a toothpicker or something llke this, press the button in the hole and connect the power cord.
after 10-20 sec the team win recovery appears, remove the toothpick.
slide to start team win recovery.
enter the first option, INSTALL ROM.
select reading device like sd-card, usb-stick etc.
select the scv6 zip file from the media stick/card.
select option,"reboot after flashing" and then swipe to start.
be patient after flashing. first start may 5 minutes
