tHis rom is perfect except leanback!

could you make a script to change leanback to another launcher?

Hi, I'm interested in this patch. But I'm unclear as to what 6255 and 9377 are. Is that the chipset? If so, how do I determine which one I have? I have a GT1 ultimate 3gb/32gb box with AX12 serial and 705NO 7.1.2 firmware. Is this patch compatible?

very very strange but on vorke z6 firmware there is code in the framework that stops com.android.vending (play store) from updating..
I'm currently trying to bring back as much AOSP code from nexus player as possible.

vorke also have added code to hide *app not responding dialog* and then just kill the app.. trying to hide crashes from users, ridiculous..

services.jar is now a good 99% AOSP all the above is fixed, plus much more like code for fd628_dev removed as we don't have the front led clock of the z6
feels much smoother.. really happy with performance now

I have trouble with H1 touch air mouse and Logitech F710 wireless gamepad.
              Beelink GT1U 3/32. AX12 705NO factory firmware.
I install V8, and then V9 Android TV.
If i use H1 and F710 separately - it works good, but only after reboot.
If i connect H1 and F710 together - beelink freeze.
If i disconnect H1 and then connect F710 or disconnect F710 and connect H1 - tv box freeze.
Anyway tv box need reboot for good state.

Any way to solve this? That info i can provide for solution?

Both of devices use USB dongles.

What's the antutu score now? Do you feel a huge difference from this V9?

In real life use it feels a fair bit faster/smooher now, been tweaking the performance for a while but antutu wont be that much different as still the same hardware.
Plus could only get 7+ version working with z6 and that scores 51/52 thousand but cant test on beelink firmware with that version so..

I also changed something with BT and now my headphones don't stutter. So all in all my main focus will be z6 as its what i been using since December

I flashed this patch on top of GT1 stock 707 firmware. I am very happy of the pure Android TV experience and but I found 2 issues that are hard to tolerate:
                      1. the system is often very laggy to GT1 remote operations, sometimes it freezes for half to one minute. Some system apps (layback launcher, google play store, etc) has "no response, wait or kill"
                      2. I can cast video from Android phone app to GT1 after linking each other, but sometimes the video stops immediately after I click "play" on the phone app. If I click play again. The Youtube video moves forward a small step then pauses again. This issue doesn't always happen, but when it happens, I cannot solve it until I reboot. It looks like the "play/pause" command is sent to GT1 box twice?

Do you guys see the same issues as I do?

I confirm the first issue. I have not experienced this with v8.
Second: how do you pair your phone? I couldn't even get my phone to cast to the box.

Nothing has changed that would make the IR remote lag. have you tried new battery's?

Only ever seen this once at boot, it freezes for a slight second while loading the launcher. if you keep spamming buttons this happens.

Not tried this myself as i just use YT on the box, remember the known bugs on first post though.. the latest YT on box is very buggy can even effect leanback.
what colour is your YouTube icon on the GT1?

V9 was a tiny update not much changed, I kind of stopped working on it because of the z6 rom, nothing in it could change IR function though.
I'm also not sure if i will continue with this patch after z6 is released. V8 is still there though.

Possibly as v9 was mainly codec updates I will get back to you

This is why I have not reported myself. Looking fwd for z6. BTW, I'm not using IR remote, but RF airmouse (T3-M).
