it broke auto frame switch completely at least in my testing..
also since the the amcodec fix (libamcodec.so added to public.libraries.txt) people have reported amcodec working with kodi.
Like said though I already ported the settings from Ugoos AM3 2.0.5 for auto frame switching but the rest appears to be in the kernel so not looking good for porting the restAttached Files

in ugos settings that I ported they turn this on and off
persist.sys.afr_media_codec=1
persist.sys.afr_media_codec=0
sets this file to 1 or 0 so this works now
/sys/module/di/parameters/nr2_en
and this which I think is same as above
persist.sys.noise_reduction=1
persist.sys.noise_reduction=0
lastly I need to look and compair ugos droidlogic.jar
com/droidlogic/app/PlayBackManager.smali

tillaz87 I installed v10.5 and experience some malfunction. I have turned off CEC fully. But whenever I'm turning my old Panasonic TV off with its physical power-off button, the online radio I'm listening turns off as well. WHen I turn back the TV radio sound comes back (Kodi and TuneIn too). Do you think that even when CEC is turned off it still somehow communicates the turning off to the box?

In the program settings, it is not necessary to enable "Adjust display frequency according to video" if you already have the system's automatic framerate.

In my tv settings it's called 'anyconect" I think
10.6 has new CEC settings maybe they work better
The kernel has stuff broke in 10.5 as its in sync with latest z6 firmware. I plan to roll back to the kernel 10.4 uses for now.

Frame switch is not needed on all tv from what i can see on my tv and what the other user said
Infact when I turn it on with ugos firmware it messes play back up badly
I've tested multiple fps variations on my tv and its all smooth on Kodi
I geuss if video is not juddery on your tv don't worry about it.
to turn amcodec on in Kodi go to- Settings
- Player settings
- Go to bottom and change basic to expert
- now under processing you have MediaCodec options
