[ROM] Android TV (7.1.2) Beelink GT1 (Multi 6255 & 9377 Standard+Ultimate)

1. You first need to burn the stock 7.1.2 image. Pick which is your system..
S/N beginning with S912 or G912 = A9377 WiFi chipset ------ S/N beginning with A912 = AP6255 WiFi chipset
AP6255 STOCK 7.1.2 <----> A9377 STOCK 7.1.2


2. Then download the 3 files below it:
V3
Script
Apk

3. Place them on a usb or sdcard insert it into your GT1.. copy them over to the base directory: /sdcard/

4. Install the terminal app and run the terminal app

5. Run the following commands in the app.
su
sh /sdcard/1

Thats all to it

Important:

To update without wipe flash the .zip in recovery Download
Flash this in recovery for proper root (Stock Method Is Not safe) Download


Update 3:

• Fixed wireless Xbox 360 problem (left D-pad opening power menu)
• build.prop corrections
• Cleaned up some junk
• updated apps
• Bluetooth stuff for 9277

I'm no longer supporting 7.1.1 as it has many more bugs than 7.1.2 and if beelink update again it would be 7.1.2

its just the internal storage, so its the first option in stock file manager

sideload es file explorer its a bit easier to see

They have messed access up on their one drive we will have to wait for them to correct it.

if your 6255 wifi i would update to latest 7.1.2 stock build first then use v5 which im releasing tomorrow. however that would require a wipe.

if not just download a reboot app from market and reboot to recovery

Beelink look to have removed it from freaktab for some reason, its working fine though v5 is based of it

I've added Bluetooth pairing shortcut to the launcher



had also in the passed added a power option for reboot, rebooting to recovery and powering off as i use the amazon Bluetooth remote.
but when i realised I couldn't power back on with bt remote scrapped it.. Any thoughts on this are welcome as not sure about it

I updated to V4 and the shutdown prompt has gone away but another issue ive found is the xbox 360 wireless D-pad mappings are off now. They were fine before but the pop up would come up.
Now here are the presses on the d-pad (V4):

Press => Effect
----------------------
Left => Right
Up => Down
Right => Up
Down => Nothing

Would be awesome if you can fix that mapping for V5.

interesting, its working fine with mine. you might have a different variant

in terminal do

su

cat /proc/bus/input/devices

look for "xbox 360 wireless receiver (Xbox)" tell me the values above that for Vendor= and Product=


also install this apk open it and press each dpad button and tell me the scanCode= value foe each direction.

with all the above information i would be to make a keylayout for your variant
