Hello, I have problem with live channels, when i play some channel or play movies preview i have black bar on the bottom of screen... not by aspect ratio its shows everytime only on bottom... have somebody this problem too?

What ratio is the movie? If it's 2:35 that's normal, you want to keep the original aspect ratio. Zooming in will look crap.

I think that You do everything all right. All I can think of are wrong app version, problem with cable and broken drivers.

I think that You do everything all right. All I can think of are wrong app version, problem with cable and broken drivers.

Thank you, but I tried everything and nothing of this box work I think it came with defective manufacturing

I installed this on my gearbest Alfawise H96Pro v3. But since it is not possible to bypass wifi in the initial setup, I never made it past the part where it is "looking for updates".
Dont know why this happened, if my wifi signal was unstable or if it was the box.
I then installed the non-AndroidTV version, and it works well without any wifi issues.

If You prefer ATV Rom, than after flashing and getting stuck on the first setup, go to TWRP and remove SetupWizard (and any other Wizard) folders. Than it should boot straight to homescreen and You will have to set it (WiFi, Google account etc.) by Yourself.

Thanks for this information. I have only used the other rom, so I dont really know what I would be missing from the AndroidTV version. So far I feel quite happy with the normal version.

But I guess I could just make a TWRP backup of my current rom and flash the AndroidTV version again and test this.

I tested both and chose Normal one as ATV's Google Play has less available apps than Normal one. And as there are more apps supporting Normal than ATV (not counting apps supporting both), than it's easier (meaning faster) to manually update ATV apps on Normal rom using apk files than Normal ones on ATV rom...

I have 2 ATV-only apps - Netflix (doesn't work but I kept it) and YouTube. I use ApkMirror to upsate them and Pushbullet to keep track of updates.

sorry m8 i cant help you with it, maybe another dev can help you...
I cant help you because i already work for a company that makes software for some of this boxes and i work for them exclusive, in our agreement we agreed they let me continue my "free" work and that is it... free work and not for a particular box or company and if it wont interfere with my main work...
So that is why i cant help you, you got to me a bit late :/

Bought H96 pro plus Alfawise 3/32 from Gearbest about a month ago. Since then I am trying to find a ROM that will work without crashing, but without any luck.

Is there anybody who can tell me which ROM is suitable for my box. It's green PCB ZH01-S912-TVBOX-V3.0.

It's not compatible with this Rom or the Normal one. Maybe there are some official firmwares to flash if You want to update Box or it's soft bricked, but I don't know.

Ooo. Good to know. Now I won;t say that it doesn't.
I think somewhere between older posts someone with this variant of H96 had problems after flashing this Rom. That gave me idea that it's incompatible.
