Hi all,
I just bought a generic H96 Pro Plus 3g/32gb from amazon but it freezes quite a bit. Looking thru the vent on the back, the Blue board.
My question is that if I need to open the box for chip ID? Or this firmware works with all the generic H96 Pro Plus without open the box to find out the chip?
Since it's generic, my concern is that it will be hard to find the current firmware loaded on the box, meaning once loading other firmware, it will be no way to load back the original FW.

No, it's not, Sometimes with some devices it may work, but mostly it won't.

It would be better if You could open it. However till now there were 2 blue PCB variants of H96 - S32-V4 and S32-V6. Both supported by superceleron's roms.
Still, it should be one of them, but what if there is another version? Newer or rarer?

Then it is the ROM that has problems with titanium Backup, because even by running the root with supersu, titanium Backup has limitations. I still use titanium on beelink and mecool and I have no problem. Is the development of the rom of this thread stopped? The last update dates back to past months. Thank you

This Box doesn't have L1, so You won't be able to use TV version of Netflix app. And no, it's not possible to port it.

What does it mean L1?

"L1" means Level 1 of Wideline DRM, which are needed by. Netflix - ATV app won't work at all without it and mobile one won't let You to watch anything in HD (or better) resolution.

Netflix needs not only L1, but "Netflix certification" of the device, however it is possible to make Netflix show HD+ video without that certification..

Just tried it. With HW acceleration enabled, I get some blocking. With it disabled, there is no blocking. Using supercelerion full android ROM
